would like to provide honest feedback about my experience at this Discount Tire location. I came in because the TPMS warning light was showing on my dashboard. Stanley initially checked all of the TPMS sensors and told me that the front driver-side sensor was the problem. After waiting for the service to be performed, the technician working on my vehicle told me that two additional sensors were not working. I explained that Stanley had already checked the sensors twice, so I was confused about why I was now being told that two more sensors needed to be replaced. About 15 minutes later, Stanley came back and told me that there were two additional sensors that needed to be replaced. He recommended that I replace all of the sensors rather than replacing only the ones that were identified as bad. Based on his recommendation, I decided to replace all of them because I wanted to make sure the problem was properly taken care of. I then waited another 30 minutes or more. After nearly three hours at the store, Stanley approached me again and told me that the TPMS warning was still showing on my dashboard. He explained that they only had one OBD cable available and recommended that I take the vehicle to another Discount Tire location to try to reset the system. I was very disappointed because after replacing all of the TPMS sensors and spending almost three hours at the store, the original problem was still not resolved. I also spoke with Christopher, who told me that there might be something wrong with my vehicle. I explained that my vehicle battery is new, so I was even more frustrated because I came to Discount Tire expecting the TPMS issue to be properly diagnosed and resolved. I understand that sometimes a vehicle can have an issue that is outside of the store's control. However, the biggest concern for me was the inconsistent information I received during the visit and the fact that I was advised to replace all of the sensors, waited nearly three hours, paid for the work, and still left with the same TPMS warning on my dashboard. I have purchased tires for all three of my vehicles from this Discount Tire location, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. I have trusted this store with my vehicles and expected a more professional and organized experience. I would appreciate it if management could review what happened during my visit, including the diagnosis, the recommendation to replace all of the sensors, and why the TPMS system could not be reset after the work was completed. I am not trying to complain just for the sake of complaining. I simply want the issue to be properly addressed and would like an explanation of what happened and what can be done to resolve the TPMS warning that is still appearing on my dashboard. Thank you for taking the time to review my concerns. read more

Once again, as always, at least with this location, I'm taken care of. That's why I don't go anywhere else. I made an appointment online. Definitely recommend it. They were slammed, but got it done! Happy as usual. Thanks guys. read more

It's Discount Tire, friendly, helpful, and they gave me exactly the service I requested ... while suggesting just a little more, if you get my drift...They did their job well. I came in for one tire, and yeah, two ended up making more sense. The quality choice was totally up to me, and I went with the better tires... a bit more expensive, but worth it. Had to ask about any sales (always gotta ask ), none at the moment, but no complaints. Super convenient location near my place, smooth experience, and solid customer service. If I need tires again, I'll definitely be back. read more

Discount Tire - Check in!!! - Tires Near Me - Henderson, Nevada

If I could give this location zero stars, I absolutely would. I've been coming to this location for years to have my tire pressure checked, so my experience yesterday was extremely disappointing. I was told there was a hole in one of my tires that could not be patched because of its location. I was then advised to purchase two new tires and was told that I should probably consider replacing all four since they were supposedly almost due for replacement. For reference, I drive a 2023 Ford Explorer with only about 30,000 miles. Thankfully, before spending nearly $2,000 on new tires, I decided to get a second opinion. Discount Tire had marked the area where they claimed the hole was with white chalk. The second tire shop carefully inspected that exact area and found no hole at all. They continued inspecting the tire and eventually found a nail in a completely different location, nowhere near the area that had been marked. Even better, the nail was in a spot that could easily be patched. Instead of spending almost $2,000 replacing tires, my actual problem was fixed with a simple patch that cost me $0. This experience left me feeling like I was being taken advantage of because I'm a woman, and that is incredibly disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this location based on my experience. And ladies, please don't be afraid to get a second opinion when something doesn't feel right. Had I accepted the first diagnosis without questioning it, I could have unnecessarily spent thousands of dollars. read more

I took our ford edge in today for a tps sensor replacement. I dropped my car off around 10:00 am. I get a text around 1pm saying it's ready. The work had been performed, but the new sensor had not been calibrated with car and when my wife picked up her car, the tps system light was still on. She cals me and I m at wild horse golf course. I canceled my Tee Time and head back to Discount. They corrected thier error in just a few minutes, but I was still charged for my tee time. The windmill store used to be my favorite store, but my past couple of experiences there have not been spectacular. read more

Recently had my vehicle serviced and noticed the work notes mentioned my tires thread levels are 3/32" Figured it's time for a new set as it's almost 30k miles. I always use Discount Tire for all my tires need and this is one of my best (fastest) experience. And I've selected this location as it's closer to home. I always book an appointment (yes you can walk in and roll the dice on the wait times but why?) My appointment was Saturday at 9am, figured it'll take 90 minutes to get it done boy was I wrong! As soon as I arrived, someone already walked out and greeted me as soon as I exited the vehicle (now that's some VIP service!) He quickly checks each tire thread levels and sure enough they're at 3/32" As we walked back inside, first thing I noticed is they've remodeled. (Very nice!) There seems to be less seating space although but judging how fast their service is it's not an issue. We quickly went over tires option, note they now have Dual monitors at each station (one for the employee and one dedicated facing the customer) No more flipping one monitor back and forth! One thing I always remove when getting new tires are the certificates. Reasons? Never used them. Unless you're constantly getting flats, I just don't see the value paying extras for these certificates. As a side note, one of the best thing about Discount Tire is in an unlikely event you do get a flat, they'll fix it for you FREE (if it's repairable) It doesn't matter if you bought the tires from them or not. Of course they hope to sell you new tire(s) They also offered FREE wheel alignment inspection which I gladly accept. :) My quote out the door after taxes is just under 1k (yup tires aren't cheap!) I planted myself at one of the bar stool section, they now have a free USB charger/plug. I always bring my own battery pack but it's good to know you can charge. As a side note, I try not to plug-in my device directly into these public charger as they can be tampered with. But I will use them to top off my battery pack. It's 9:07am (my appointment is 9am but we spent at least 5 minutes going over the tire selection) I get a text where I can track the status of my vehicle (this is when they just pulled it in) One of the Service Tech came out to talk to me directly regarding my wheel alignment inspection. For some reason, they can only perform the inspection but NOT perform any work (if it needs to be done) due to the front camera/sensor system I have on my vehicle. Not that I need the alignment yet but this is good to know. At 9:25am, I get a text saying my vehicle is ready for pickup, like What?!? While it wasn't completely true (the tires are on there but they have to do a quick test drive) Yet this is still INSANE that they've completed both the tires and wheel alignment inspection in under 18 minutes!! Wrap up was quick even though my initial service advisor wasn't available. One of the service tech was able to complete the transaction. Thank you all for the job very well done and fast! read more

I got a warning on my dashboard this morning that said I needed to have my tire monitoring system serviced on my Chevy Trailblazer.I didn't even know or realized that I had such a thing, but now I do. Thanks to a very helpful and friendly employee named Michael that I talked to and saw after work, everything is good.I go to Discount tire to get tires put on various cars that I've had over the years. They've always been very helpful and professional and get the job done. I made an appointment this morning. Went in after work tonight and now I have a little bit more knowledge about my car and how it works. Michael even told me that they carry windshield wipers now that they're branching out to work on more than just tires. Thank you Michael for your help tonight. read more

What a scumbag operation!!! I've been a customer for 30 years, had my rims swapped out end of march. My front wheel months later almost fell off my Mercedes SUV because discount tire over tightened the lug bolts which caused them to stretch ruining the integrity of the bolts. It took months for it to finally happen but I was out with my son and we heard a horrible noise, looked and saw there were only two lug bolts holding on my 22" wheel and the pieces that broke off due to them being over tightened and stretched were stuck between the rotor and the backing plate scraping the rotor. I filed a claim that was denied without even looking at the vehicle or the evidence, just because it took 3700 miles to finally break! We could've been killed me and my son! Horrible company just lost a long time customer forever! read more

I went to this discount tire the other day I had a nail in my tire. I went there Brighton early. Got there about 10 minutes early. Watch the three young men playing in the garage for a little while one person sit over there to get air in their tire watch the lady pull up because she had an appointment at 8 o'clock me and this gentleman I was there before him long story short they opened at eight and as we were walking in, clearly, I must've been because all the men overlooked me and took the men first and the one lady who had an appointment at 8 o'clock. He didn't even tell them that she had the appointment until they asked her, but they never addressed me. Yeah, they went ahead and took the nail out of the tire. This is not the first time I've had an encounter with this particular discount tire when I won't be going back I'll take my chances driving further away then to go to that one again. read more

Excellent place to get new tires or to just have your existing ones checked...was in and out in under an hour with a new tire and they don't try to upsell you or pressure you into buying add ons....the value is outstanding as well and if you need air at any time they are open they have someone manning the air pump at no charge...will continue to use discount tire as they are far and away the best Vegas has to offer imho...RECOMMEND read more

Back in January I bought 4 new tires and was happy with my service and price. Today i went in because my other vehicle got a flat. It was late in the day but I got there about 15 minutes before they closed. After waiting a bit to be helped (they were busy and that's totally understandable) I talked to one of the sales reps and we discussed if the flat couldn't be repaired I'd get 2 new tires (which ended up happening). My estimated completion time was 8:55pm. The current time was about 6:15pm. I was told that I should wait at the store otherwise I would have to pick up my car tomorrow morning. When I asked if was possible to leave and get a phone call to come back to get it i was given some excuse why that wasn't possible. So I waited. My flat tire was not fixable so i bought 2 new tires. About 15-20 minutes before my car was done the sales rep came into the waiting area and called someone to tell them their car was ready to be picked up. Being that my car was almost done I opted not to say anything and let it go. When I got home I opened the trunk only to notice the spare had just be placed in the trunk instead of being returned neatly to it's original position. In my opinion this shouldn't happen. I will definitely be looking at other tire service locations before coming back. read more

Recently, I purchased Firestone P 215/45 R17 tires. The sales guy told me that the tires had to get ordered. He ordered the tires. On the day, the tires were supposed to be delivered to the store. I didn't get a call from the sales guy. I called the store. I was told the tires didn't arrive. I waited two more days. The tires I ordered were still not delivered to the store. I couldn't continue waiting to get the tires. I went to the store and canceled the order. If your tires need to be ordered and delivered to the store. I do not recommend this location. read more

I went to another discount tires and they sent me to this location due to some equipment failure. When given the option, I stressed I wanted a refund rather than wait but they assured me wait would be minimal. They sent me to this location assuring I would be next in line; ask for the manager and he will take care of it. I was told an hour and came back after an hour to see my vehicle being moved for the first time to the lift. All I needed was an alignment, I could have gotten this anywhere but I already paid for it from the last location; I stressed I did not want to wait and would prefer the refund if there was any wait but they lied and said I would be in and out. These guys do fine on tires but I don't trust them on any maintenance after this. Both locations were all smiles anytime I asked anything, just annoying any answers they gave were all lies. The guys in the shop seem to be working hard and did a good job but management and communication were definitely lacking read more

I took my car in because I noticed I had a nail in the tire. Thankfully, they offer a free patching service if it is safe enough to do so. They held on to my car for a couple of hours and called me 30 minutes before closing to let me know they didn't see a nail in the tire even though I showed them a picture of it. They even "dunked" the tire into liquid which revealed to them that there was no leakage. When taking the car to another tire shop down the street, they showed a nail visibly in the tire (as I already knew) and said that it did have a leak. That service at that shop cost me $20, but I was thankful that at least they cared enough to fix the issue. Mind you, I was in town visiting family and was not wanting to drive back with a tire that had a nail in it, which I let this shop know. My only advice is to make sure 100% that the issue truly isn't an issue and get a second opinion. read more

I changed all four tires on my Model S. The service was satisfactory and fast. Unfortunately, I should point out that I was charged for a warranty that I didn't ask for. They forced me to drive back to get it refunded. I used to work in retail and this was something that certain unscrupulous coworkers would do, though, to be fair, I do recall it being due to the pressure coming from management. Intentional, forgiven, or not, this is not a service provide that can be trusted. Check your receipts after purchase. read more

We've had decades of vehicles come through different discount tire stores depending on where we lived. You can't beat the price, the service, and the warranty. Great service and quick turnaround. The line was long this Friday afternoon. However, the staff where able to quickly help the customers. Joshua helped us and was very helpful. We had a screw in the tire and he stated that it would be ready in 1 hour. He also stated that the tread was getting close to being warn down and that he could give us a quote but no pressure to buy. We ran some errands and received a text message that our car was finished. Returned and picked the car up, with no issues. No charge for the screw in the tire. We had a Tesla and he quoted us $1300 for a set of 4 Michelin tires that was Tesla grade due to the weight of the car. Will shop around but I believe Discount Tire has the best price. read more

Purchased my new tires (all 4) online and was able to secure an appointment as well. Came in at 8am and was instantly greeted by Adam. Entire experience was smooth and there was another gentleman (forgot to get his name) consulted regarding new wipers and alignment in which I would agree to if it's necessary. I was told the wipers were still good and alignment was suggested. Nathan gave me updates on alignment and was out by 8:40. All under an hour. These guys are the best. I continue to buy my tires from Discount EVERY TIME. They always have great prices, and the service is beyond stellar. As it turns out, I had a full set of tires from another car with pretty much new tread that were just sitting on the side of my house, and they completely swapped out the tires free of charge. They even cleaned up the sidewalls and sprayed them with tire wet so that they looked awesome. I bought my tires here because they offer free rotation and balance. I needed a rotation and balance after about half life on my 40" tires for my Jeep.
