The customer service and workmanship at this location is incredible. I don't think I've ever said that about a business before. Professional, polite, informative, great prices and no hard sell. No sitting for hours with no communication. We have been here with all of our personal and business vehicles with no hiccup's ever. Clean comfortable waiting area. read more

I have been a decades long Discount Tire store customer and have been pleased with them and recommended them a lot to others. This changed a couple weeks ago. I bought a set of new Michelin tires for my Ford F 150. When I got the truck back, every chrome rim was damaged with black places visible where chrome was missing around the 20 inch rims. When I asked about this, I was told by John, the manager "Yeah, that happens some times with Ford rims.l, it isn't our fault." Really! Discount Tire is the only company that has ever worked on these wheels and nobody said anything about this before they started! I take pride in the appearance of my truck and now all 4 rims are damaged. This was very upsetting to me obviously and asked them to make it right. Their response was to say it wasn't their fault and if I wanted to file a claim to take it up with their TPA (Fleet Response). Which I did. They offered a pittance fee to help compensate for the cost of the $700 each rims. I would have been less upset if someone had mentioned this could happen before doing damage. Long story short, if you are considering tire replacement, don't expect Discount Tire to stand behind their work if they make a mistake or to explain things in advance. Consider another tire dealer. I have since found Denver Tire in Denver, NC to be competitive and reliable with m other car. Good luck. read more

I arrived at 8am greeted by Will. He was knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. I needed to swap out new tires, balance and alignment. The staff at this location were very communicative and professional and I was out the door in less than an hour. I was very impressed that even though I had a link to the tracking system for the job, they were giving me details at least 5 minutes before my next text. Great job!!! read more

So pleased with how Mike and Caleb fixed my flat today. They're friendly quick and did a great job

So on July 2nd I wrote a 1 star review...received a request from the manager who asked me stop in...which I did.....This guy (Alex) represents the company and this location very well. He listened responded and empathized with me....great conversation....and then I got my tire checked....and now I have an appointment on Monday for new tires......Talk about a turn around....Well Done. read more

Had a blow out this morning and got to discount tire around 830. They have two tires for my car on the way but unfortunately there were some delays that were out of control of discount tire. Due to the wait and without my tires being here yet he went out of his way to make sure my rims were ok prior to pulling my car in. Unfortunately my rim had a big crack almost a hole from whatever I hit. Long story short I was unhappy upon arrival and the long wait however I ended up buying two rims which they had in stock (they don't match but it is what it is) read more

Discount Tire - Can't thank these guys enough - Tires Near Me - Denver, North Carolina

3 stars only because the staff is nice. Took our van in a few weeks ago for an appointment we made for a leak. Took a few hours for them to tell us there's noting wrong with the tire. Turns out they looked at the wrong tire. Told them and in 10 mins they found and plugged the leak. Noticed the car was shaking and vibrating. Turns out the steel belt was showing! Scheduled another appointment, took it back, and they said that they could see the dry rot and separation on the tire and that it shouldn't hVe been put back on the car. They gave me a $50 which was nice, but looking at the receipt, it wasn't a $50 discount. They also failed to check me in for my appointment and counted me as a walk in. Then tells me the car is ready and he's bringing it out. I'm still standing here watching them work on my car. read more

For tune past week the air pressure has been going down in my back tire so I took it to one auto place that tried to rip me off telling me I had a nail in my tire and they couldn't patch it because of where it was and I would have to pay 300 dollars for a new tire. So my husband called Discount tire to get a second option and they said they absolutely can patch it and did a wonderful job doing it. It literally took like 15 minutes and when I asked them how much they told me it was no charge they do patch work for free. This place is amazing!! The customer service is amazing as well. I will be bringing all 3 of my vehicles here going forward. You guys just got a customer for life! Thank you so much read more

Love our Denver Discount Tire! These guys work tirelessly to be sure all customers are taken care of with excellent customer care. We have been using them for our 4 vehicles for over 12 years. They never disappoint!! A special thank you to Brandon and Alex. They go out of their way to make sure we get the best deal on our tires. Thanks for all you do. You all are the best! read more

I went today for a tire check due to my tire leaking slowly. I have been a customer for years there and have always enjoyed the staff and my experience there, which is why I continued giving them my business. After today I will no longer be a customer for anything new. I will go there for services on the tires I purchased there. I was highly discouraged by the customer service I received today in the store. a lady beside of me told me she had been there twice in the past two weeks and each time she was also treated the way I was treated. I watched as every customer that walked in today was hassled purchase something prior to their vehicle even being looked at...even trying to sell wiper blades. I am very disappointed. read more

If I could give 1/2 or 1/4 star I would. Don't expect them to help you if you get a flat without them wanting you to buy 4 brand new tires. We had run to our house and get our jack to take our own tire off and take it to a different shop and bring it back and put it on cause they wouldn't sell us 1 tire. They want all the money that they can get from you. Would not recommend. AT ALL. read more

I moved to NC from Alabama two years and on one of my trips from Alabama I managed to get a nail in one of my tires. I had heard that Discount Tire had the best prices and just assumed I might need a new tire. The man that helped me was so kind and very personable. When I picked the tire up, I had my wallet ready and he said no charge because they just repaired the tire! I didn't need new tires but will definitely return to Discount Tire in Denver. And I hate that I can't remember the employee's name but he was awesome! Thank you for making my day! read more

Us 3 gals traveling up to Asheville when my vehicle started vibrating, had a feeling a tire had separated, its 4 30 on Friday afternoon, we are 3 hours away from home. Pulled in these guys check out, tires needed replacement, bad judgment on my part to not have checked my tires prior to traveling) they got me in , fixed and even though they were past closing made sure we were safely back on the road. we are forever grateful!! Superb service in our opinion!! read more

They are kind and respectful. Especially the assistant manager. I got good quality tires from them!

I have been using discount tire for the better part of 15 years I have multiple vehicles and tend to go through a lot of tires. My last two visits at this location, including my one today were horrible. The staff is too busy trying to sell you warranties rather than just provide good customer service. Estimated Install times and wait times are much different than actual. I watched six employees in the shop Do four tires on a pick up truck rather than split up and take some of the waiting customers. There is no sense of urgency at this location and unfortunately this will be the last time I use discount tire for any of my tire services. This specific location has given a poor name to the entire company, and the kids behind the counter do not seem to be bothered by it at all they are just there for a paycheck. I put it on my. And just to reiterate the company as a whole is great this location is horrendous Invoice #6963025/6963064 read more

What is the point of making an appointment when they have "miscommunication" and take someone else ahead of you and not get your car back until 40 minutes later?! I checked in and specifically said I have an 11am appointment and my car wasn't taken back until 1140. A guy apologized but once again what is the point of an appointment?! I have other things I need to do on a Saturday and waiting an hour for a tire rotation wasn't in the plans. read more

I had a 145 pm appointment. My car set in the parking lot until 245. Then went into the bay at 315 they ask me to pay. At 345 I had to ask why it was still in the air. I was getting two tires. Not an engine changed or a transmission. Why 2 hrs for an appointment and still not ready. So I sat and watched the Bay Area until it was finished. I figured the tactic out quickly. Fill the bays with cars. Work on all of them at the same time , so not any one particular vehicle is being completed in order. Then have customers pay so the time on receipts say you got out an hour before you really do. Nice shady approach. Could just say. We will have it ready in 4 hrs. And no one waits at the store and gets upset. In other words. HONESTY. Don't set appointments you can't keep and then lie. More importantly. Start a vehicle and finish that vehicle. Why bounce around. I watched. It looked like complete chaos in the garage area. read more

Outstanding service and honesty. They do not try to sell you something you do not need. I have had 2 experiences with them and each time truly professional. Top notch from counter service (Brandon) to the car being fixed. Highly recommend and will recommend again and again read more

Great service, quick and efficient! Always get my tires patched or filled up here! Also no pushy which I like!

I had a tire that needed to be repaired so I stopped in around 8am to get it fixed. There were people lined up to the door but they were socially distanced. I thought it was going to take forever to get my tire fixed but I only waited approximately 20 minutes after checking in. I was pleasantly surprised! The service team was courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this place. Also it's convenient that you can make appointments online if needed. read more

The National business is good, this location not so much. If you happen to be lucky enough to get Brandon, you will be fine. There's a younger guy named Tucker who will also go above and beyond to help. If you get Thomas or god forbid Eddie however, leave. This Eddie guy is a hot mess. He's always miserable and has been an issue for us time and time again. Either telling us he can't rotate our tires 5/32) because the tread is too low (was told otherwise by Mooresville), telling us we should replace tires (when others said they were fine), stating that pressure valves were good (after another business said they were likely damaged after tire install). He's incompetent and this is your warning. Save yourself the gamble and go to Mooresville. We've had luck there, it's just a bit inconvenient to drive all that way. read more

My fiancé and I just walked in and we love it! The workers are very nice and the prices are unbeatable. We just bought a new tire for $60! Only thing is we wish they had a vending machine but there's a gas station probably a minutes walk right next store. And it's cold because they always keep the fans on but I imagine that would be a great plus in the summertime. Over all this place is great. read more

The entire time that I was in the store they tried to pressure me to buy the more expensive tire. They kept trying to tell me that the tire that I wanted wasn't as safe. They also lowered their prices on the more expensive tire when I wanted to buy the cheaper tire. They also had a rebate program on the Yokohama tire. I asked if it was instant and they said it was a mail in. They told me that you can do it online and you will get it back quicker. I ended up purchasing the more expensive tire after they reduced them several times. Once I saw the rebate and realized it wasn't and online but mail in rebate is was furious. As a matter of fact it was a Visa card not a check. I give these guys one star because they are liars. Ethics is something that I hold high there is no room for unethical business people. Never again!!! read more

Very helpful in mounting 4 new tires I bought elsewhere. Came out to greet me before I even got out of my truck. Very professional

I typically buy tires from Discount Tire, and today was a good reason why I do. Many convenient locations and typically great people at every location. I had my TPMS go off on my way to work today. I remembered this Discount Tire on my commute, stopped in without an appointment and they fixed my leaking tire and did recommended a rotation and balance at the same time, included with the purchase. Karl and Rusty took care of me quickly and were very professional and courteous. Great experience. read more

Brandon and the guys at Discount tire really helped get me and my family back on the road during the Easter Holidays by going above and beyond their job description. Extremely helpful, and very gracious during a difficult situation, they really exemplified not only excellent customer service, but also a genuine care for people stuck in a tight spot. I used to come to discount tire only if I had to, but because of Brandon and the team at this location, I'll be a loyal customer from now on. Give them a raise. read more

Thank you to everyone at discount tire for helping me today! I showed up with a flat tire and no wallet (forgot it at work the day before) on my way to take my 4 month old to the dr. I was the recipe for a hot mess. They kindly put my spare on for me, ordered a new tire and sent me on my way in time for the appointment. I was able to retrieve my wallet and come back this afternoon to get the new tire on. It was a hassle free experience and I really appreciate how kind and professional Paul and everyone else at this location treated me. Great service!! read more
