Because of the ice and severe weather that hit the Atlanta area Friday, Jan. 6, the overnight shipment from a vendor in Marietta of a tabletop banner for her booth was still stuck at the Roswell UPS facility on Monday with no hint of activity. I researched hours, services and reviews for sign and banner vendors near the venue. Fastsigns South Orlando rose to the top. Late on Monday, I emailed them after hours explaining my need for an estimate to print a replacement banner for pickup on Tuesday. Impressed when I got a quick response and a fair quote, I thanked them and informed my client so that, if needed, we could quickly act in the a.m. As it turned out UPS did get the package back in transit and it was delivered Tuesday morning, and Jenny at Fastsigns South Orlando was gracious when I informed her. FSO was responsive, professional and ready to come to my rescue. They are now in my Outlook Contacts for any future need that may arise when our staff attend conferences in Orlando. Thank you Jenny and Fastsigns!

They don't lock down multiple usernames and instead of using your email to sign in you use your username. I accidentally created two accounts with the same username (two different emails over the course of a year - I forgot I had already created an account) this in essence locked me out of their system after requesting a password recovery. It's my fault for the duplicate usernames and everything. Not necessarily blaming them. But explaining the issue and how to solve it through their chat based portal and not being able to call them to resolve the issue got annoying so I canceled my order. I got my refund about a week or two later. They're a very affordable option, maybe the best in the business, but be really careful on their site, it doesn't work very well.
