It's like double dipping-you already have customers in the door willingly, obviously there to buy or look for something, DONT put people on the floor to try get more from them (and by more, I don't just mean financially. If you are introverted, like myself, having a conversation with a stranger can be stress inducing. And shopping should not be that way. Target and Walmart , I'm looking at y'all too!! My son's brand new Nikes gave him blisters at school and did not fit him so we immediately brought them back with a receipt. There was the slightest and I mean slightest show of wear at the bottom of the shoe (one so small I would not have noticed if I bought them myself) and Tim refused to let us exchange them for a bigger size with no sympathy for our loss of money. I work in the customer service industry myself and am appalled at how I was treated. I highly suggest shopping at Dicks instead and not giving this store your business.

They have hundreds of soccer shoes baseball shoes, even wrestling shoes. No court shoes. I asked an mooted what's going on. He said "we've been asking for court shoes for tennis players, pickleball players, squash players, racquetball players and corporate just seems to ignore our requests. The associate analyzed my feet and offered to pull some recommendations based on the results. As someone naturally indecisive, he had his work cut out for him. He must have pulled 20 pairs of shoes before finding the perfect ones. Even after all of that, he remained patient and attentive. The manager even offered me a discount on the shoes.
