Most modern retailers can easily verify purchases electronically through membership accounts or email receipts -- yet BJ's continues to rely on outdated systems that create unnecessary frustration for loyal members. What makes it worse is that there's no clear way to contact their corporate office for support or complaints. As a result, customers are left feeling unheard and undervalued. BJ's should remember that excellent customer service builds loyalty -- not just profit.
