Always clean. Everything easy to find. Parking lot is always clean. Deli has good food. No long standing lines.

The customer service from managers is poor. Will not take accountability for mistakes . Meat department is lacking. Will not order certain meats even when asked to do so. Wasn't like that years ago. Prices are high so when you can't receive your discount it makes a difference in this economy. Today the cashier didn't scan my Ingles card so I couldn't receive a discount on gas. That is main reason I was coming there. So no discount .. no more patronizing from me. This store has been receiving hundreds of dollars a month from me because of their location primarily. I will drive a little further now as other stores have better prices and honor the discounts on gas. Would give a five, but workers don't even know where their own products are. Store always clean, need to update their selections on food items. Other than that, store is my go to when my wife insist on getting something quick. One day it will surpass the other big name stores. Store manager is helpful always. read more

Ingles has the best fried fish ever!! It's crunchy and perfectly seasoned. Kind of pricey, but the taste is worth every penny! I go to each almost every Friday for the fish. It is by far the best, fried fish in town. One of concerns is that they never seem to fry enough at any given time. I typically purchase 6-7 pieces, which usually wipes out the entire batch, leaving maybe 2-3 pieces. I have even allowed others who just want a dinner go ahead of me, and wait another 20 minutes for another batch. The reason for 4instead of 5 is the unprofessional attitudes of some of the ladies working in the deli. It is actually intimidating to ask them any simple question. The young lady serving food used a loud expletive because she drop half of a fish in the baked beans which demonstrated unprofessionalism. I have encountered the continuous behavior during several shopping experiences. I mentioned it to a manager (Mr. Haggert, I believe)yesterday, who basically defended the workers by replying, "I've never heard that before." I responded, "only because no one took the time complain to you." What he doesn't hear is the conversations between all of the disgruntled customers at the Deli counter. Because of the fish alone, I would easily rate 5s easily, but the deli lacks customer satisfaction. read more

So i frequent this market alot well 1 its literally right by my house & 2 the prices are pretty good for the things i buy. So today i had a taste for a sandwhich and i typcally go to PUBLIX because i love the sammachies there lol, but i was close to home and did not feel like going across town. I walk in towards the deli i stop and read the type of sammiches they offer because this will be the first time i get a sammiche from here. Im standing there for at least 10 mins and the workers are just staring at me. UMMMM HELLLO SERVICE OVER HERE PLEASE. Finally after staring at me for 10 mins and getting the molasses out of his butt he walks over. I order the club sanwhich on white bread. He throws everything on the bread i really just throws everything on the bread, im standing there watching him like SERIOUSLY. 1. Did not ask if i wanted mayo 2. no salt pepper or vinegar or oil 3. did not cut my sammich in half 4. my sammich was falling apart and he threw it in the bag I will not buy a sammich from this deli ever again. read more

I shop at the ingles in Conyers. It's a great experience. It's always clean. The deli food has a nice variety. The produce saves me a trip to the Farmers Market which is 30 miles away. They have organic produce which I love, there is never long lines because there are lanes that are always open plus several self service lanes. The staff is always polite in every area of the store.The meat is always fresh and on coupon day you can get great deals.I've been shopping at ingles for 10 years and have never had a problem. And that is the only gas I use on my Hyundai Sonata. There are other choices in the area, Krogers and food depot, ingles is always my first choice. read more

The ingles deli selection has lowered to just fried or baked chicken almost everyday and we stopped eating there as a result. My wife and I enjoyed the options everyday but they had dramatically cut down on the menu. read more

First was a charm. I had the taste for chicken. This was a spur of the moment want, and not necessarily in the budget for the week. Well, I figured I would buy the chicken, and save elsewhere. Up to ten bucks was the expectation. So I'm walking in this store, seeing the wonderful prices. I'm generally shop at Kroger's and Public without fail. Well, I am about to make a change. I was able to purchase a chicken split in half. So for less money than it would cost me to purchase parts of a chicken, I purchased a whole chicken. The specials (which is what I caught), were everywhere. Your store has earned a new.custer, and they have reward point, I can so this!!!!! Clean, great prices, fresh food, it's a little out of the way,but I'm saving cold hard cash. Friendly staff, and savings yes all day. read more

(2020) I use to love Ingels grocery stores. My husband and I are long time customers there. I appreciated especially their produce as good produce is hard to find. However our local Ingels grocery store has really gone down hill the last few years. They are selling produce that is already beginning to go bad the day you want to purchase it. Cauliflower that is turning black, bags of potatoes with bad spots all over them, tomatoes with soft spots, etc. Yesterday I purchased two ready made salads for my husband and myself. I had to throw away half of it. It had lettuce that was bad around the edges, soggy cheese, soggy bacon bits, and white hard cores out of the head of lettuce. And charged about $5 a piece for them. Of course all you can see In the container is what good stuff there is on top. Sad to see they take so little pride now and concern for what they feed their customers. Sad to say I Guess we're going to have to start purchasing our produce some place else. read more

They've recently updated and now have a fantastic selection of fresh produce, meats, and cheeses. They are offering more organic and exotic options which I am very happy about. Hopefully they will stay clean and organized. read more

My first visiting the store. I was very impressed. I'm sue to Publix in Tampa.... The store is reasonable, clean & friendly staff....

Every time that I have stopped into this store after 10 pm for last minute items, it has been a nightmare! One cashier, or everything is down, and a long wait in line while the cashier seems to not be in any big hurry except going through the motions waiting for 11pm when the store closes. I normally go shopping around 9am on Monday mornings. I've only been here a hand full of times but each time the store has been clean, the clerks friendly, and lots to choose from. The only thing that would make this better is if it had a lady cooking meals from the store cookbook and let us taste what she made, like they do at Publix. read more

Watch out for out dated products, ran across yogurt, soup, beer that all where well past there expire date. Deli service is weak, slow and they usually don't know what they are doing or the product. read more
