He is mobile, so he came out here to my job to see what parts he needed, then he picked them up and came over to my house to work on the car there. Everything looked and sounded great! He charged less than the other places I was looking at - plus the convenience of not having to wait around at a shop for hours! When I thought I had a problem (it ended up just being user-error), he offered to come back and fix it. He was extremely responsive and helpful. He does other work too, and I'll definitely be calling on him again! He's going to install a remote start in my girlfriend's car. Definitely recommend him!

You never know how much you miss music until it leaves you. I took my car here to have the CD…read moreplayer worked on. They were recommended by my honda dealer. My options were to have the radio fixed by honda and be without it for one to three weeks or come to this establishment and have it fixed faster and at a lower cost. So I scheduled an appointment to drop off the car because they wanted to take the radio out. My appointment was at 10am and I arrived about 6 minutes before. When I arrived, there wasn't an attendant at the front desk. A sign said ring the bell if no one comes in two minutes. I am the typical male and I love pushing buttons so the clock started. I am happy yet sad I didn't get to push the button - the service tech beat the two-minute clock. I REALLY wanted to ring the bell! The older gentleman working on my car informed me that they can replace my display for $100. There was a scratch there and I can't recall when it happened. At this point they couldn't tell me anything about the broken CD player (which was the whole reason for my visit). I told him I'd like to understand what is wrong with my disc player before I commit to fix the display. The scratch is so minor I forgot it was even there. Plus I was thinking at $100 for a display what will it cost to fix the stuck cd-$1000?? They said the cd mechanism was in need of repair and they could fix everything for $350. I said yes and they began to work on it. They said the repair would take less than 1 hour and they could get me out fairly fast. They did as they planned and had me out in less than one hour. All works well now. Every business I go to I expect to have the wireless password. When I asked the older lady that worked there if I could have theirs she said its on a secured network. I thought yeah....that's why I want your password. As she walked away I guess she thought about it and said she can enter it into my phone for me. She did that and I was sincerely appreciative.
