I had time sensitive documents that needed to be copied and fax so I went here. Nothing like the awesome Grass Valley location! 58 bucks to copy and fax. Another 19 bucks for a fax I didn't get a confirmation on! The 2 ladies pretty much ignored me when I questioned the charges and verification that they were sent. Not only that the copier made very faded copies ! It took over 18 minutes to fax one of the documents ( 9 pages ). That's crazy! Terrible experience with unhelpful employees. I left pretty disgusted. I am taking my papers to Oroville or Grass Valley where they have good equipment and don't charge you a hefty fee! Btw..parking lot is extremely tight.

I called around (Staple and UPS) and no one else could print what I needed for as low of a price and as quickly. I called back Printworx and sent them an email with my poster design. The designer called me back to clarify the dimensions which I really appreciated. A deposit was required via phone prior to printing. I went and picked my order up the SAME DAY for no extra charge. My order was ready, in a bag, and was perfect! $54 for a 4'x3' poster (Staples was quoting $66 and would take 5 days to ship it to me; UPS in town won't print anything that large). Everyone who worked there who I talked to were friendly. I will absolutely be getting all my posters printed here moving forward and I would recommend their services.

When I tried to tell her she said I'm being argumentative which I assure you I was not. I also attempted to see if she would accept other forms of payment since I typically don't carry cash, so I can avoid paying the fee. She didn't let me finish my sentence, and instead quickly turned from an already unfriendly person to a rude woman accusing me of being argumentative because I questioned why the fee they charge ME is higher than what they pay. This minority will not return.
