The shelves are all extremely organized and the staff have some what of a family feel going on. Probably due to the mom and pop thing they push which I'm always happy to support rather than places like auto zone which are basically Walmarts and running Michigan into the ground as I type this. I'm pretty big on customer service especially when it comes to auto parts because they can end up costing a pretty penny. That being said I like to know exactly what I'm getting and wouldn't mind someone kindly dumbing it down for me, while not making me feel dumb haha. Since I have decided to retain my latest LR4 which is a 2012 I have also decided to get maintenance and repair at locations other than the expensive dealership. It may sound lame but this 59 year old woman has never changed my own wiper blades so I was a little lost when I came here to get new wiper blades. The lady behind the counter was kind and understanding. She figured out what size blades I needed and walked with me to the row where the blades were held. In the past I have paid $90.00 for new wiper blades so anything below that price will be appealing. She patiently answered my questions about the different kinds of blades and why some were priced at $30.00 each and others at $18.00 each. I settled on a set of blades somewhere in the middle range, paying $46.00 for a set of two front wiper blades. Bonus a nice guy went to my car and put the blades on for me! I was so grateful for the kindness, understanding, knowledge and assistance. I will return.
