Joe, the manager, before they entered, kinda briefed me about what the cost might be and to what extent the cleanup may be. It seemed like he was trying to prepare me for an upsell and insurance claim. Anyways, they entered the house and came out about 2-3 minutes later. Told me no evidence of any biohazard. I then entered the house with him and inspected the area where my father was and everything looked fine. Joe had an opportunity to take advantage during a sensitive time and instead he was completely honest and absolutely forthright. During a very sensitive period of your life, I would trust Joe and his team. I can't recommend them enough. No charge for the visit, since they did no work either even though I offered to pay for their time.

I had to track someone down because no one called to let me know they would be in Alabama and unable to meet me. My sister was under duress with my father's passing and agreed to this clean-up contract and signed the final invoice. They were unprofessional and their charges for clean-up are predatory!

He said he was concerned that maybe we didn't need him to come out, and he would prefer not to have to charge us their service call fee. I texted Jesse my photos, and he called me back and told us how to clean it ourselves. We did that, and it was easy and worked well. Jesse didn't charge us. I am grateful. Jesse was caring and professional, and I will keep SERVPRO as a contact in case we need their service in the future.
