I was at my rock bottom unemployed and carrying around nearly 70k in debt. I was terrified to go the route of bankruptcy but knew it was my only way out.... I was also intimidated by lawyers I was terrified I would get some arrogant cocky attorney who would just treat me like a statistic. He confirmed there was a legal avenue to assist but he seemed incredibly unwilling to even explain what the potential avenues were or what they might cost. Save yourself the time and skip this guy.
