Others were outrageous, one in particular, which is close to my house, was STUPID CRAZY. Any who, when Kmitt's arrived for the job, it was the same guy, Pat, who quoted the job. Not a salesman, I did not have to reiterate with the guys what was originally quoted. And that's a biggie! They went over the branches and rooting and corrected items I did not even consider. They removed all debris, the tree looked fabulous. My wife did not even recognize it. Super friendly, prompt, great attention to detail and AFFORDABLE!

Hired Renewed Home Cleaning LLC for a whole house, top to bottom move out/move in deep clean. I was…read moretold this is what her deep cleans consisted of: "I would do all of the services included in a standard clean, which is wiping down surfaces, floors, dusting, bathrooms, and kitchens. But with a deep clean, I also do door and window frames, baseboards, window interiors, cabinet interiors and exteriors, and then some detailed work as well. I do really pride myself on my deep cleans as I feel I am very detailed with them!" When she left there were still cobwebs all throughout the home, dirt on the baseboards, pet hair and dust all over the floors. Dust all over the fireplace. Grime on the cabinets. None of the light fixtures were cleaned other than blades of fans and maybe half of the windows were touched. I reached out and she did offer to come and re do the clean, but I am on a time crunch and had to move onto other things to get the house ready (which included starting to clean up the mess she left behind) and honestly, after the clean I had received it felt like a waste of time to have her come back. When I first reached out I also inquired about monthly cleanings--she told me they range from $75-$100 and $150 for first time cleans, so I asked her if I could pay $150 for what she did and she could refund the rest. She said yes, but that I would have to wait until other cleans of hers were done so that she had money to send back to me. Then later in the evening I get a big message about how she prides herself in her cleanings and won't be refunding me. Unfortunately, she does the bare minimum but wants people to think otherwise and you don't find out until you're out quite a bit of money. These are some of the things that were left at the house after my "full house top to bottom deep clean." I wish I would've taken more photos but I was so upset I just couldn't look around anymore. The only rooms she seemed to take her time in were the bathrooms. Just incredibly disappointing, she is not worth your hard earned money. To make things worse- she told me she does not clean things that she can't reach. I reminded her that I left two step stools in the home and told her she could use them. She also said she ran out of cleaning supplies.... You're a cleaning company. Just excuses. ***7/13/26- thumbtack (where I hired her) has been trying to reach her regarding the terrible service she provided me but she has ignored their attempts. She will not learn from anything no matter what she says. She's a scammer. Also, the photo is not of a wall, it is of a cabinet. I have other messages from her saying she "even scrubbed a couple of spots on the wall" so which one is it?? Do you clean walls or not. Just a liar all around ***
