I ordered a plain hamburger with french fries and coleslaw. The lady at the counter was very nice, although she seemed to have a little difficulty hearing my order. When the food came out, the coleslaw was missing, but I could have overlooked that. What I could not overlook was the hamburger. What I received barely resembled a hamburger--the patty was extremely tough, rubbery, and unpleasant to smell let alone eat! The fries were okay, but nothing special. I was also surprised that, for a sandwich shop, there were no bread choices available. Not everyone prefers plain white or wheat bread, so offering a few more options would have been nice. Unfortunately, based on the quality of the food we received, I would not return.

You order at the counter and pay by cash. There's no wait staff. I ordered the roast beef melt, fries and Diet Coke with no ice. There were no choices for what kind of bread and I am guessing all sandwiches are served on a cheap white bread hamburger bun. My beef was like you get prepackaged from Walmart and it was cold. The fries were good but I had ice in my soda. Prices were reasonable and the staff was friendly. Since I can make better sandwiches at home, I will not be back.
