The taco was pretty basic but was okay. Since I don't like TB's cinnamon twists that came in the box, I paid extra to get chips and cheese dip. Mistake. The chips had a terrible taste, like they had been cooked in burnt oil; even the cheese couldn't overcome the burnt flavor. They were not edible. At least the tea was okay. Didn't really interact with any employees since they had the self-order kiosks and no one was at the counter. The inside seating area seemed clean.

For good fast food, you cannot beat Pal's. Most of their locations are drive-through only, which I…read morenormally dislike, but it's a better experience at Pal's. There are a few thing's I really like about Pal's. First, a real person takes your order at a window. Not a speaker box that you can't hear or understand, but a smiling, friendly person. Wow! Second, by the time you get to the window on the other side of the building to pay, your order is ready. AND it's correct, hot and fresh! Mind blowing these days! Third, and the most important, the food is good. Really good. I love the Big Pal with cheese: a juicy burger with just enough toppings to compliment the flavor without overpowering the beef. I also like their Frenchie Fries, which are always hot and crispy. I despise cold, soggy fries but I'm never disappointed at Pal's. As for their other menu items, I have not tried all of them, but in the mornings they have delicious Cheddar Rounds. They are like cheesy tater tot disks and they are divinely craveable. This regional fast food checks all of the boxes. It's my go-to burger joint.

Anyways, got the sandwiches, they felt a little short on meat, mostly bread. Other than that, I really like Firehouse subs, the food, the theme, etc. This location just has a few kinks to work out. I only used doordash because it appeared to be their preferred payment method, but obv the employees are confused by it. idk
