Where do I start? My whole experience was amazing! Parking was easy, right upfront (it's right next to Tom Thumb). I walked in & Jazmine was in the middle of prepping another customer's order & she still greeted me & said she'll be right with me AND told me to ask her any questions that I have while she's working on the other order. That is super rare excellent customer service. I knew I was gonna have the best service here. The shop is beautiful, bright, clean & carry out only. I wish they would add a few bistro tables on the side to enjoy my dessert. Even though I had a few choices in mind because I peaked at the menu online before driving over, I was still a little indecisive. I originally only wanted a four count box, but there were too many great choices on the menu. They have cookies, bars, cinnamon rolls, waffles, shakes, & flavored drinks. I had to go with the half dozen! I asked Jazmine several questions about ingredients on different items and she was very knowledgeable about everything. She was so nice & conversational, a truly great employee! Those are so hard to find--I know cuz I used to own a small business. She needs a raise, I haven't received such great service like this in a long time! I ordered the PB Overload, Better Than...., Chubby Hubby, Caramel Apple Pie, Raspberry Crumble, Churro waffle bites & Strawberry Swirl drink. I picked out a couple of items that I thought my friends would enjoy and didn't think I would really like them that much because I'm picky with ingredients. I tried a bite of everything and when I tell you, I would re-order everything again for myself even though I'm not a caramel or pretzel fan, that speaks volumes because everything tasted magnificent! All the pastries were soft, warm, and tasted fresh! The creative combination of ingredients on everything was a perfect match. I especially loved how the cookies were stuffed with peanut butter or some other sweet creamy delight. The Toppings on the cookies took them to the next level and made them gourmet. Not only were they beautifully decorated, but it was a taste explosion in my mouth. I absolutely loved the Apple cinnamon roll. It is one of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever tasted in my life. Normally, I never order any type of bars because I'm not a huge fan of oatmeal, but that raspberry bar was so tasty! It was a perfect amount of raspberry that wasn't extremely sweet. The churro waffle was my absolute fave because I love anything with cinnamon. I couldn't stop eating them. I love how they are bite-size, being one square at a time. It made it so much easier to eat and enjoy. They were soft & warm. My favorite cookie was the PB overload because I love peanut butter and chocolate combinations. It was perfection! The Strawberry Swirl drink was such an amazing combination. I really didn't expect it to taste that good! I don't normally drink soda, but I drank this so quickly and was sad when I was done because I should've gotten the bigger size. The vanilla really makes that drink pop! I also loved the frozen pieces of strawberry in the drink. Grab the bigger straw, I grabbed the thinner straw and had trouble getting all the pieces out. Needless to say, I had a lot of leftovers that I shared with family & friends. Everyone loved everything & this is waaaaayyyyy better than that other big, fat cookie place! They also have a rewards program and online ordering for pick up or delivery. If you haven't been here, you're missing out! Go get these desserts today! read more

Friendly people inside to help and greet you. The owner carried on a relaxed conversation with me while I waited for my order. The sweets were for my husband and he loved them! I'm gluten free and they stated they will offer gluten free items in the coming months so I will watch out for that. Overall easy to find, plenty of parking and great people own it. Stopped by for the first time the other day because I love cookies. They have a lot of different options, but the menu was confusing - some of it's on screens above the counter, but they also had pictures tapped to the glass of other things you could get if it was available. I got 2 cookies and a lemon bar, and man. I wanted to like these, but they were all WAY too sweet. Like, biting into each of them literally made my teeth hurt. The cookies and bar base themselves were already really sugary, but then they added icing and candy and drizzle and powdered sugar...it was way too much. Tried one bite out of each before throwing them away. The textures were great - moist and chewy. Just wish they offered plain cookies or less sweet options. read more

Now this place was all of that!! From the entrance greeting by the staff, to the crazy good flavors of cookies offered. They give small samples (idk if I'm supposed to say this Lol). Of course I grabbed the S'mores!! And it made me feel like I was sitting at the campfire!! Def one of my new spots when I'm in Dallas. read more

The cookies are so fresh and delicious. They add the toppings to order. I love how the cookies are filled with gooey goodness. The staff was friendly and helpful in choosing from so many yummy options. My son's favorite today was the cookies n creme. Mine were the Mardi Gras and Dubai chocolate. And my husband liked the Better Than... The chocolate chip and caramel apple pie cinnamon roll were really good, too. I will definitely go back to try more flavors and options like waffles and shakes. read more

All 4 of us were pleased with our cookies. We got the Oreo, strawberry shortcake, stuffed chocolate chip, plain cinnamon roll & a blueberry cinnamon roll. So good! read more

So I saw this place pop up in the community and thought--what a weird name as I don't typically find the word dirty an appealing adjective to describe my food. So I disregarded this place. But yesterday my husband came home and quietly put this blue box on the kitchen counter that I discovered later and asked about. He said he wanted to surprise me after a stressful week and bought some treats. I picked up the box and it seriously felt like it weighed 5 lbs. What in all the world!?! I thought--still not knowing much about Dirty Dough. I peeked inside to find the most fun looking cookies I've seen. They are pretty unique and very tempting. This was a special treat indeed! I snuck a small crumb from the top of one cookie before dinner and YUM-MY! Later in the evening we went back to enjoy these treats and I quickly understood why that box was so heavy! These are not just cookies! One was a loaded brownie and the others were these stuffed cookie beasts which could have only been created by a mad sugar monster! No way we could make more than a dent in this sugar-filled box of goodness! I sampled a couple and hit my sugar limit pretty fast! But dang! Good stuff! Their official grand opening is today and I'm tempted to go in and witness this place for myself. Point of this review is... don't judge a sweet shoppe by its name... if you've got a sweet tooth, this place will undoubtedly hit the spot and then some! I look forward to meeting the masterminds behind these little sugary masterpieces! Well done and welcome to the neighborhood! read more

We placed an order online and tried to order the strawberry shortcake cookie three times but kept being redirected because the cookie was out of stock. We ended up ordering something different instead and when we got there to pick up our order, the man in front of us ordered the strawberry shortcake cookie so we asked the worker if we could swap out one of our four items in the box for the cookie and Alexandra was sweet and was going to do it but then Makayla rudely came up and made us buy a whole cookie instead of exchanging it for something we really did not want. We love dirty dough and have had great experiences there but this time was definitely upsetting. read more
