BEWARE!!! I took my Pontoon boat to Tim at Dirty Deeds for yearly service. After paying over $450 for this service I found that the oil filter and fuel filters had not been changed. Steer clear of this deceptive business. read more

Absolutely terrible shop. Picked my boat up after being serviced for the season. Charged me for a new impeller and everything else was about 1500$. Took it home and put it on the water and i over heated and almost caught on fire with my family in the boat with me. The impeller was never changed and completely roasted so the exhaust boots got so hot that they caught fire. Luckily i was able to put it out. Then took it back to have them correct the issue that i paid for and this time they didnt tighten the water intake hose at all so after about 10 minutes i overheated again and popped the hatch to find my engine bay completely full with water and about to sink. Found the hose clamp in the bottom of my hull and was able to fix it after letting my bilge pump out tons of water and the motor cool down for 2 hours. On top of that there was a weed pipe in my seat with burnt weed rubbed into my new white seats. They went through all my stuff and opened up my new air horn and a few other things and didnt put anything back so my boat was a mess. Scratched it all over the place too. When i called to address the issues now they hung up on me. 4k$ in 2 visits and had to spend 1100$ to get the scratches fixed and a new upholstery job on my seat again. Not to mention i live 3 hours away in california so about 700$ in gas for 2 round trips. Absolutely horrible drug addicts with no supervision from tim. Do not recommend them at all. read more

The spring broke on our boat trailer as we were transitioning along the highway late in the afternoon on Saturday. We needed A tow and couldn't have it towed until we were able to find a shop that would take it for repairs.we were able to reach Tim and he said to go ahead and have it towed to his place even though they weren't open and he would fix it up I am extremely happy with the service And happy with the way he repaired the boat trailer he was even willing to deliver it if we didn't have a way to pick it up these guys are great don't go anywhere else! read more

Called Tim at Dirty Deeds to deal with a carb issue on our jet boat. Not only was he super helpful on the phone (on a Saturday!)--they came and picked up the boat! Called us to keep us in the loop as to what was going on, and were very prompt. We got a detailed phone call about the issues. Easy invoicing. Just called to pay over the phone with a CC, and to kindly ask if they would return the boat to our spot after we paid to learn that they already delivered it. That's service. From one business owner to another, we greatly appreciate your time. We'll be in town this weekend to give the boat a whirl around the river. Woke up this morning with a dead battery on the boat. Went to town wash the boat and then pulled into Dirty Deeds, they came out and checked the battery for us which it was dead. The man that helped us was honest and told us to go back to Walmart and they should give us our money/trade in value. Long story short they told us to come back and they would install it. Walmart does not have warranty on batteries so we went back to Dirty Deeds and bought one from them. They came out, installed battery and fired the boat up for us. Thank you Dirty Deeds. read more

Pulled into Parker last weekend with what I thought was a faulty fuel pump. Not wanting to disappoint the fam I was hoping to have the problem properly diagnosed and repaired Saturday morning (fingers crossed). Tim and his assistant were a lifesaver. They started working on the boat at 9:15am, and had it diagnosed (faulty oil pressure sending unit) and ready to go by 11:00am. The price was more than fair. I highly recommend these guys. I live in the Temecula Valley area, but wouldn't hesitate to take the boat to Parker in the event it one day needs major service. read more

These guys have saved me on several occasions at least on the mechanical side of my boat. I own a Mastercraft X80 and had a couple of issues regarding the cooling system. They took care of the issue the same day. Later in the season I had a couple of other issues pop up and once again they took care it promptly. The price was what I expected, NOT INFLATED. I have not used their detail side of the business and can't comment on it. I even have an issue with my Hummer and they are willing to take of it. read more

My family was in a pinch & Tim worked w/us so that we could enjoy the rest of our vacation! HE DIDNT TURN US AWAY LIKE EDDIES MARINE & DNA DID! Steam was coming out the back of our boat while my sons were riding the inner tube. He was very professional & to insure our vacation wasn't ruined, he put the non-emergency repairs he had to do on hold! He was very busy as was Eddie's & DNA, but since ours was an emergency he had his guys look at it right away! ALL IT WAS IS THAT OUR IMPELLER NEEDED TO BE REPLACED! Boom! He was done in an hr! I highly recommend this shop! Don't go anywhere else in Parker as they will laugh in your face if u need a same day repair as DNA did to us! The guy was rude & literally gave us the dirtiest look as my wife I were walking in before we could even say a word of why we were there. read more

I'm currently writing this review as we are stranded, floating, waiting for help, and barely missing the rocks. Because of this service center, our boat broke down within 30 minutes of launching after being serviced. First off, they troubleshooted saying it was battery but obviously a non-mechanic knows that it's not a battery problem if the motor turns over. Then it was the fuel pump which originally We told them We thought was the problem. So after being charged, they finally replaced the fuel pump. Well it worked, but it seems like they didn't test their work. So unfortunately because of this service center, my wife is crying because she has to go #2, the dog is panting in 110° weather and also prob has to go #2, we're in a canyon narrowly floating by rocks that can tear a hole in our hull, we have to rationing our white claws/water/food, and pray that help arrives before the sun goes down. read more

Had them fix my boat and strep system they do good work on the stereo end of it. But the mechanics work they did to my boat only last 20 min. When I called to let them know and see what they would do I was told it's not there fault the product they used to fix my boat must have been a defect from the manufacturer. Back out at the River last week and tweaked a prop. Had a couple of spares so I thought no worries. Limped back to the dock, pulled her out and started the swap out. Oops. Something is not right. Called Tim and he just happened to be around the corner. He and his guys came right over, took a look. Said to just beat the old prop off with our hammer and use my other back up prop as the one I was trying to use was missing a spacer. No charge. He did let me know he is now engaged. Warning do not use. I brought my boat to TIM. He told me the carb needed to be rebuilt. I also told him I noticed a small water leak coming out of the exhaust by the head. The motor was locked up when I dropped it off. He got it running and did a compression test. Now the motor will not turn over because he left the water in the motor and now it is frozen. When I went to pick up the boat he had stored it in a dirt lot and unsecured next to a store downtown. That is is off site storage lot read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but I have good and bad things to say. One customer service, call your clients back and continue to contact them when you have their equipment. Left our Seadoos there for repairs and we had to call every other day to find out what was going on. Two, don't make excuses! One day I called to check on our skis and they said the mechanic was out on a water test with our ski and I would get a call back around noon. Nope never called I had to call them the next day and they said they would know more at the end of the day. Did I get a call at the end of the day- nope. I also live 4 hours away so I was trying to plan my schedule when to pick up the seadoos. It took them over two weeks to repair the one ski that I told them to repair. Called a week later after all the run around and not once did they call us we had to call them. Said their receptionist was out of town and they apologized for the inconvenience. Finally heard that our ski only need a new fuse and that was it and they would clear the codes on the ski. They said their computer system wasn't up to date so that would take another day. They again now the 4th time said they would call me back and let me know how much it would all cost and when we could pick up. Did they no!!! Picked up our skis on a Saturday morning. Finally they were ready and at this point I didn't care if they were or not. No one in the office had our info in the computer nor did they give us a receipt or invoice. I had to contact them once again for them to send us an invoice of what we paid for and what they did. Ugh never again good luck read more
