(115 degrees, no shade, exposed to the sun, nothing to drink...doesn't take long to go bad fast!) My buddy went for help and found Mike's shop. Mike launched his boat and came to the rescue! Pulled both Jet Skis from the island, back to shore and of course he does the repairs too! Mike just dug in to the project to turn us around right away to get us back on to the water, which is why we come to the river. We could go on and on about how amazing his service is! Great guy, knowledgeable, and he cares. Thanks again, and again, and again Mike!!

It was delivered to them in the beginning of March, long before the summer peak season. It was consistently forgotten about, and there was zero communication on their part to me. Any progress on their simple task, was due to me proding them along. They had one simple job, remove the seats and take them to upholstery place and reinstall upon completion. They somehow lost one of my seat backs doing this, and tried to blame upholstery place. The upholstery place had to take the boat from them to finish the installation and the recreation of the seat back that they lost. I received my boat from the upholster. Before I even recieved a final invoice from Parker Boat Co, I was being threatened with a mechanics lien. Anthony told me their work was done, and I must pay invoice. I paid the entire invoice the same day I received the boat from upholsterer. Upon inspecting my boat the next day, I found numerous pieces of hardware loose, or completly missing (see pic's). All of this and no remorse or apology from the owner. I would not recommend Parker Boat Co. to anyone. You will be disappointed if you do.

After 12 days I stopped in and was told my parts came in a couple days ago and could pick it up late this afternoon. I called later and was told it was working just had to install the plastic parts. I told them I lived an hour south I would load up my trailer in the morning drop mf wife off at the hospital before 9 am and be at Anderson. When I got to the dealership I was then told the airbox seal was OK ? and the glove box latch was OK. When I got back home and unloaded it the motor sounded a lot louder then normal I checked it out 3 out of the 4 firewall clips were not tightened. Started to install my items in the two gloveboxes and first thing the latch screwed up. Then I notices no USB cord in the small glovebox. Then I looked at the compartment on the passenger side and seen a wire and light wedged in the corner? I can see what I will be doing Saturday because there is no way in hell I would let your so called mechanic touch my machine again. I started pulling the console apart two screws missing from the side one at the back was ready to fall out the tuff Lok rivet missing as I was rerouting the light and installing it I seen a 2 to 3 inch hole in the front cowl Don't know if he pulled it or it fell out in the 850 miles I drove it. I then installed the console put the seats back and started on the small glove box to fish the USB wire back in place the one screw the threads are bad and the other the clip nut and the screw are stripped. I will order these parts from a dealer when I get back to California. Let me tell you a few things about myself I am 81 years old been twisting wrenches since 1960 from lawn mowers to heavy equipment rebuilding transmissions as big as the RZR and three hundred MPH race car motors. It's not always easy finding a salesperson who genuinely wants to help rather than just make a sale, but that's exactly how Thomas was. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the overall experience. Honestly he was great and got me an engine ready in such short time . I couldnt wait for shipping so i drove up on 04/19 from tucson arizona . I choose his shop since his warranty is good and the price is more than fair . When i get there we exchange my core engine along with $3600 for his newly rebuilt engine for my rzr 1000 turbo. We load the engine by hand onto my bed . Its not too heavy . Quick transaction since he said he had to be somewhere. My mistake was not inspecting the engine at his shop for any damage but the guy seemed honest so i left confident that i wouldnt have any issues . I even got a free shirt from him . Next day i let him know about the cracks a I noticed . Not complaining or demanding anything. I just let him know . He immediately said it wasnt like that and that it wasnt him . That i must have dropped the engine. I saw the pictures he sent me and the crack is shown on those pictures before I picked up . He started calling me saying its sunday and to basically kick rocks. I messaged him telling him to reply to me at his earliest convenience. But he choose to call twice to tell me its my fault , then before i can say anything he hangs up on me . Great customer service if you ask me . So to not make this longer . Please be aware of this shop, im sure many have had great experiences with working with him . Unfortunately it didnt go that way with me . I was willing to work something out with him but he is just being rude and not understanding. Im sure he will not warranty his work with me now even though i have a evidence of a faulty product from day one . I didnt ask for anything , i was just letting him know so i can keep the warranty for the future if needed and have no issues because of it . If i got the cold shoulder now im sure i will later on if anything is needed . Again i wish success on everyones business but this experience with utvenginebuilers was not it . UTV Engine Rebuilds photo attached is the one he sent me and the one i took . The crack is shown at the same location. He claims its a casting mark and all of them have it . It was so simple offering help. He choose to scold me like I caused this .
