Went to pick up 1st week of June and it was not done, then went to pick up Thursday and also was not done. Boat was supposed to be cleaned and it was given back to me dirty and full of bird poop like they left it outside. I was mad and asked for a refund for the three months I just paid for storage. And they said they do not offer refunds on storage so I disputed the charges on my credit card for the service and storage that I prepaid and am not using.

We decided to give him a shot, couldn'd be any worse than the high school "mechanics shop" we previously went to. To our amazment, Sky was WONDERFUL. His 1,000 (not literally) point inspection revealed shotty work that was claimed to have been completed by a previous "mechanic" (which I never brought up). He was finally able to provide me with a computer print out of everything we need to know about our engine (I have asked 4 different mechanics for this). He completed every service we needed and made a few repairs within 1 day, made sure our boat was secure overnight until we could get there. Then made sure we had a VERY detailed invoice of each and everything he did, and what he recommends next. We were able to see what each thing cost us, and it was a VERY Fair price. Thank You Sky! He called periodically to give updates on the car but did not quote beyond the work done on the ECU. He had the car for over 2 months, returned it in the same non-working condition and charged us $3000. He's abrasive, unreasonable and threatened to put a lien on the car if we didn't pay the bill. This was a hard number of stars to figure out…read more The boat itself gets 4 stars but the service gets only 1. First the boat - it was very comfy for the 10 of us and it moved pretty quickly. I was surprised at how little gas we used as well (around 22 gallons for several hours of going up and down the river). The BT connection was not working so they loaned us a cable. We later found out that the outlet for plugging in something electrical was not working either, but we were not going to waste time looking for a fuse or going back for another repair issue. I booked our boat months in advance and we were set for pick up at 9:30 and return at 5:30. We arrived at 9:20 and were met at the office by Kristina. She did nothing to charm us but we got the business stuff done and went to meet Wylie on the boat to learn all about it. He went through many things and explained where the anchor was stored as well as life jackets and the flag for skiers and the BBQ grill. He never discussed bumpers as far as where they are stored and how many we had. We took off and when we arrived at our campground to pick up the rest of the gang we noticed that a piece of metal trim was coming loose. It was apparent that it had been repaired multiple times from the screws and screw holes that were meant to hold it on. We all got on and headed back to the casino to show the damage and see what was to be done. They had a nice guy named Chris come over and screw it back on, but he used the same holes that were already stripped so when it came loose again we didn't bother. Meanwhile we had wasted over an hour of time and some gas so I went into the office to see what our options were for compensation. I asked Kristina if I could use her phone to call the manager/owner when she told me that she had no authority to make calls about our situation. She looked at me with a very irritated expression and then she called Tammy and asked if Tammy would speak to me. Apparently Tammy did not want to so Kristina was stuck conveying messages back and forth between us. A partial refund/credit was out of the question so we settled on us keeping the boat overnight and having it back at 8:45 the next morning. It's not really a concession of any kind for them as no one was going to pay to use the boat from 5:30pm to 8:30am, but it was offered and we took it. We took the boat back and arrived a few minutes early. I had brought the life vests that we used for our towable to the office door and then went to sit on the boat in the shade. When K and W arrived at the office I went to the door and she came out and looked at the vests and said to me and the other guy returning the vests, "Whose are these?" in a grumpy voice. No good morning, or welcome back, or how can i help you. I guess that files for customer service in Parker, but it would not in Phoenix. When we came to return the boat we were charged $110 for a bent propeller. I have no idea how that happened, but it was indeed bent in a way that it was not when we picked it up. We were also charged almost $70 for a missing bumper. We were only aware of the 2 bumpers that were on the boat when we picked it up. Apparently there were supposedly 2 more stored under the seats that we never talked about. But there was only 1 there when we brought it back. Also, we were accused of unhooking the bumpers and putting them back on in the wrong place. We were 10 adults on the boat and no one removed the bumpers for any reason. We pulled them into the boat when we needed to but never unwound them. When my husband pointed out that all of the other boats at the return location had the bumpers in the same place as ours we were told that they must have done the same thing. A very strange coincidence IMO. We paid the $180 because they had a $1000 deposit from us and it wasn't worth the fight. This was my first rental from this company, and while the boat was indeed a better quality than some of the other places, I will not rent from them again based on the above.

Update: Aug 23-24,2019- a last second run to the river for a quick weekend trip and our friends rented a waverunner (I own my own now). The gal who helped over the phone was accommodating, patient and very helpful. Offering to get us setup with a waverunner and on water that same afternoon within an hour so that we can ride that day and keep for two days. We agreed to arrangements and waverunner was at the launch waiting as we pulled up with extra life vests and two empty gas containers to refill at local stations (not at expensive dock gas) to keep us running during weekend... Great start to an unplanned trip....Great pricing and tons of fun (again!!) ... (will try to add more photos)

Ron, Bad Attitude did put do the engine rebuilt. Unfortunately we got less than 10 hours on that rebuild and he wouldn't stand behind his work. Finally after several texts and asking him how he lives with himself, he said "what did we think was fair? Don't you think that should have been the question to begin with!!! Do not do business with this man or his company. He finally agreed to give us $200 back. We would have charged the buyer for that test run. Stay away! If you do decide to do business with this company get all estimates ahead of work, his history is to charge and overcharge you for everything with no estimate on anything.

So I referred to Guy by the RV office and thought I would give him a shot. He immediately shot over to the Blue Water Casino RV Park to check out my roof air and confirmed it was bad. He got me a very fare price on a new one immediately and confirmed it was in Phoenix about 3 hours away. The next morning he ran to Phoenix to pick one up for me and later that afternoon was back and had it installed and working perfectly in no time. All I can say is wow, you just don't find customer service like that anymore. I sincerely appreciate Guy's consideration to my needs and his outstanding customer service.
