Stored my boat here for the last year. They were pretty good the first 6 months but then their service fell off. The gate was open all the time or the code left in the gate. Paid for a service on my boat and picked it up twice with the service not done. Paid January 29th. Went to pick up 1st week of June and it was not done, then went to pick up Thursday and also was not done. Boat was supposed to be cleaned and it was given back to me dirty and full of bird poop like they left it outside. I was mad and asked for a refund for the three months I just paid for storage. And they said they do not offer refunds on storage so I disputed the charges on my credit card for the service and storage that I prepaid and am not using. read more

These guys here are awesome! My jetski blew an exhaust hose on a Saturday and I couldn't find a new hose at any other marine parts store in town. These guys went out of their way and drove to their parts supplier to find a new hose for me just so I could get back out on the water. And they even gave me an energy drink when I was waiting. Brought our pontoon in for a full service and to have seal leak repaired on trim. Pontoon was left with them for three weeks. All they did was change spark plugs, and oil and serviced trailer. When I was driving home, I found that bolts were not put back into hatch. Contact cleaner was left on seat. Grease was not removed from fittings. Trim is still leaking. On my receipt, it says that the trim needs to be repaired or replaced???? That is the main reason I brought it there! read more

We had a week long Parker trip planned, received our boat back from the upholstery business two days before our trip. Went to start the boat and it wouldn't turn over. This was a Friday night. Called Dirty Deeds and they told us to bring it in at opening, 8am on Saturday and they would try to check it out. (They close at noon on Saturday). So, we loaded up, left LA at 3am and got to Parker before 8am. The DD guys opened a bit early, we were second in line. They took in the boat. At 10:30 they called. We were stuck in the middle of Lake Havasu when we tracked down Dirty Deeds from a cell phone search. Called and spoke to Tim and he was able to diagnose our problem from what we told him was happening. We took our boat to him and he had us fixed and on our way in a couple of hours. We were willing to wait until the next day to get our boat back but he said he didn't want our vacation ruined by waiting any longer than necessary. Update: I had been using Tim and his guys to service and launch my boat for years in parker. They had done a great job re-bunking my trailer and usual services. The last time I had it picked up for regular servicing, the oil was drained and not replaced leaving it entirely dry of lubrication. Blew out the outdrive, and had to replace the entire upper and lower outdrive. It's really frustrating to be a loyal customer, and trust the work that is paid for gets done, and not only is it not done but it causes a far larger and costly repair. read more

On Mothers Day weekend (Saturday 2022) I was having some serious issues changing the prop on my Schiada. The key way was in bad shape making removal difficult. Also the stainless nut on the prop shaft was in bad shape. With almost NO notice, they opened the shop got the nut and prop off on the shaft and installed my new prop and brass nut. I can say enough about how friendly the staff was and how hard they worked to get us out on the water quickly. I've had issues with another shop in Parker. Here is a copy of an actual email I sent the business owner. BUYER BEWARE! We are not the only people who have had an AWFUL, dangerous, and ridiculous experience with this shop. Tim - To document the incredibly rude and interruptive conversation we just had, please find below the facts: I paid you $900 cash for an ENGINE. You delivered an engine that did not run and your techs could not repair. You chose to replace that engine with another engine you had in stock when we brought the boat back to you. [Memorial Weekend 2022] After the 2nd engine replacement, the boat was given back to us and within hours we broke down with children on the river because the starter blew - not to mention loose cables throughout, including a fuel line which could have caused a fire/sunken boat or worse. I have a receipt for a $300 starter replacement we purchased to fix the boat, thankfully no one was hurt when we were broken down on the river. [weekend of June 10, 2022] We brought the boat back to you a 3rd time due to your insistence to check the fly wheel and tighten all cables, lines, etc as well as replace the freeze plugs - which were allowing water to come into the back of the hull. You ONCE AGAIN had to remove the engine to replace the fuel plugs and the 4th time we received the boat back we received it with dead batteries and an exhaust without waterlines to it; causing it to turn bright red hot which we documented to you from our beach at night so you could see the extreme heat of the metal. Again, a severe danger had children been on the boat with red hot metal. [weekend of June 24, 2022] The last and final time we brought the boat back to you - June 25th - you refused to take our calls, and declined to show up at the shop that day - we spoke to your tech out front. He fixed the exhaust issue and we told him it seems to be taking on a LOT of water very quickly. We hadn't run it yet just having it in the water for an hour and it was half sunk under water -which we also documented to you via photos. He told us "it's an old boat it's probably just going to leak like a sieve". However the boat NEVER leaked, never took on water and never had water running into the floorboard from the front until you removed the engine the 2nd time to replace the freeze plugs. Therefore, we paid you for service and parts that rendered the boat entirely USELESS. I have paid you for an engine, and that is literally all that I have left now. I have no option left but to dispute the service charges on my credit card. You and your technician team are incompetent. I have documented all damage and issues with my credit card company and will happily fight this as long as you wish. It should be noted you said to me on the phone just moments ago that "you could give a shit about the money" and that "not only are you a woman, but you don't know shit about boats". I've grown up on boats and the river; and I do know a fraud and a business owner who's incompetent when I see one, even if I am a woman. Your business is a danger to all on the water!!! read more

My boat failed on the water and wouldn't start after just being serviced by our previous mechanic. We called Dirty Deeds and they told us they could look at it the following morning. We arrived on time and they were expecting us. They did all of the work as promised and got our boat back on the water by noon that day so that our trip was only impacted for a few hours of boating time. DO NOT TAKE YOUR BOAT HERE! Worst experience. Tim, the owner, talked a good game over the phone, but in reality he did NOTHING. My boat was in worse condition when I got it back from him. He did not make any of the repairs we asked him to make. My boat was filthy. They snapped the tie down strap so my boat was bouncing on the trailer. They had my tower down onto my seats, tearing them. My trailer tires were flat. They bent the tow ball on my trailer. They had the boat for three months and every time we called to check on it, Tim had no idea who we were. It was obvious my boat was just sitting outside the entire time. When confronting him about it, all he could say was, "I dropped the ball". First I don't even understand how this place has any good reviews the owner or manager Tim is the worst guy I've ever seen represent a business.. My boat wasn't running good on the river it was either the fuel pump or carburetor.. Called Dirty Deeds Friday morning and Tim answers yelling at someone in the back ground only to come to the line with a loud unwelcoming "hello" I asked if I can bring my boat in and have it inspected and hopefully fixed so I can enjoy it Saturday.. Tim tells me there open till 5pm, I get there around 3pm.. Parked my truck/boat in the back where there was a lift, went inside the back door that said service and was greater by 2 nice welcoming younger guys and told them I was here to have my boat inspected. Got to Tim's office and he asked me what did I need, while I was telling him what my boat was doing a young guy brought him a part he got all excited and opened it right away repeating 3 times this is a really expensive part.. I ask to be friendly ooh how much was it, he looks up at his cameras where my boat was parked and said this part is probably worth more than your boat.. I said wow that is expensive how much is that, he stated $2k, basically saying my boat is a cheap pile.. for the record my boat is not a super fancy boat but it's worth about $6-7k.. after that he yells and calls his employee back in the office and screams at him aggressively saying can you read this on the part, are you blind, his guy looked scared then apologized and left.. He finally got to the point said yea man I don't think I'm going to have time for your boat this week.. I said that's fine, do you know of any other shops I can take my boat to.? He says look there are only 4 shops in Parker AZ and no one is gonna wanna do it.. I said I was hoping it was something simple that could be fixed before 12noon Saturday so I can enjoy it for one day.. he tosses his cup board at me and says put your name and number and I will call you.. says drop your boat where it is and we will get it in next.. I walk outside and see his employee and told him if it was easier for them I would pull my boat right in front of the garge door so they can just back it in.. as soon as I put in front of the door Tim opens the gate saying wth man I told you to leave it where it was, I said sorry man I was just trying to help and make it easy on you guys, he says whatever just leave it there then and closes the gate on me.. I disconnect and leave, only to get a call about one hour later with an aggressive Tim saying why did you leave your hitch lock on? I said because I didn't think you were gonna tow the boat somewhere, he said your gonna have to come back and take the lock off.. by the way my boat is only 18ft and one guy can move it by himself.. came back took my lock off and left.. next morning I stay patient and call around 11am asking for an update, Tim answers and acted like he didn't even know who I was, I told him my name and boat size/color and he just played dumb then says "oohhh yea your the guy who left your hitch lock on" nope we haven't even looked at it yet.. I said please just let me know as soon as you know I really want to pick it up to use it today.. nothing all day then he calls me at 4pm saying yea man we are not gonna be able to help you we have way to much stuff in front of you.. No sorry, no solution, no nothing.. I felt it when I left that day he was going to do this his whole vibe was negative and disrespectful.. I told him don't worry about it I will be there tomorrow (Sunday) to pick it up early in the morning.. Sunday morning at 8am I looked on google maps, there closed Sunday-Monday so I figured I was screwed.. kept calling up until around 10am he finally answered saying yea man I left your boat outside go get it wherever you want.. so my boat was left outside from Friday-Sunday morning with the key in the ignition and the trailer hitch lock off.. anyone could have just pulled right up and stole it with ease.. but I guess Tim wouldn't care cause he appraised my boat at $2k neways.. If his employees knew better they should sue him for harassment and/or work place violence.. also I would like to note the whole time I was being overly nice and staying patient cause I wanted him to help and fix my boat I was willing to pay whatever he asked I just wanted to enjoy my time at the River with my boat.. Tim shouldn't even be running a buisness in customer service, if he is the owner he should hire a friendly Honest face to represent his buisness, if he is the service writer or manager THE OWNER OF THIS BUSINESS SHOULD FIRE HIM immediately.. I wasn't asking for to much I had the money and was willing to pay whatever he needed for the repair.. He should have been honest and respectful from the jump and let me go to the other repair facilities and kept his drama away from his customers.. answer your phone like a buisness and talk to your employees and customers with respect.. read more

I went in thinking I have a keel issue. Spoke with the owner on the phone about getting him to look at it and then dropping off after the weekend. He was super kind and friendly. I got there and he saw it and told me I didn't have an issue and to order a keep guard. I asked about having the lube points on my outboard greased. They took care of it and wouldn't take my money. Took a pontoon in that we recently bought. Got exactly what we asked for, with no hidden agenda! Service & a compression check. They did the job expected and had it back with in 24 hours! Definitely recommend! UPDATE! WARNING! Took boat out next trip & they never put oil back in oil injection system. AND never told us! He claims he never refills this oil for his customers. The owner blamed his young employees for being forgetful, and not telling us. And we returned as engine was beeping, he filled the system for a nominal fee.
