Can't buy a tesla? Do your best by having Rick's install a bad ass catalytic converter!…read more There's just something about this guy that I can't put my finger on that just rules. First I call up with an expectation to have to rush through my situation only to hear a "yup yup yup I don't know until I see it" response. Nope. Rick answered and even though I did my little song and dance expecting 2 seconds to get it all out he sat chill, patient and calm.... He didn't rush me off the phone or dance around my questions. Once he fully understood things he gave me a quote and honored it after install. INSANELY reasonable price too. I still feel like I owe him for it. The shop is amazing. I wasn't sure with the area but yup had all the right goodies tools look and feel of a place that knows what they're doing. Rick let me hang out in the back of the shop and watch him work his magic. And I kid you not I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. At the end we chatted a little and he mentioned he's been at it for 16 years and you can actually FEEL how true that is, not only in the experience but his hands are like a Marvel X-men character ... Carved out of some crazy heat resistant stone or something from some other planet. I'd come back 100% i will recommend - I might even send him Xmas cards who knows. I know I know it's just a muffler and a muffler shop but it was just such a cool surprise to have a "car situation" go like this. Props.

I was referred to Marcos by my uncle who has been coming for years whenever he needed tint done, whether it be on a new car or just the top strip of the windshield, the price has always been reasonable especially for the quality of work done. I was able to bring my car in at 9:30am and they had it all done and ready by 11am. They gave detailed instructions on what not to do for the next few days after getting the tint which was helpful. The best part was saving money and not having to pay anywhere near what the dealership would have charged me. Marcos also made sure if any part of the tint was messed up or anything, I could bring it back and they would fix it no problem.

We bought a 36' RV and i just happened to wreck it... who would've thought? I was devastated! We pulled in and went i to the office. I was just a mess! The lady at the front desk was incredibly kind. She just kept reassuring me that it happens, its nothing to worry about, and they would take care of us. Offered me water, asked if there was anything she could do for me. Super kind. Then Peter came out to look at the side of our RV and the nightmare i had just done to the side of it. It sounded like nothing id ever heard. Like i was ripping it right down the middle of it. I don't ever want to hear that sound again... ever. Peter was unbelievably kind. He knew exactly how I felt. He reassured me that he had seen much worse... not to worry, and that he would make sure it would be just like new when he was finished with it. He kept in touch and updated us along the way. He wasn't like any insurance company or estimator i have ever dealt with.. and i used to be a manager at a body shop! He was kind, personal, sincere and straight up honest with us. Having experience in the industry i literally was shocked. Peter is an absolute asset to this organization. He is someone you'd want to be friends with. I literally cannot express how grateful to him and what a pleasure it is/was working with him!!! Unlimited Collision is truly blessed to have this man and know he is representing this company like I've never seen before! Thank you Peter !!!! You are a valued gem!!! T & E Halim

I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler and the face of my stereo stopped working about a year or two ago. I…read morewas getting by using the steering wheel controls. I finally decided I deserved an upgrade. I told Carlos I need something that can stand up to the elements since I drive the Jeep with her top off at times. He suggested an Alpine stereo and I was game, I liked Alpine decks in my younger days. This upgrade does not have knobs... that is fancy to me. Everything is good, but I need to go back and see if it could be great. I've got Android auto, but Google maps isn't playing the verbal prompts. When I talk to Google she does not respond. I checked the settings on my phone and they look okay so I need the stereo checked out. I also need the center button on my left side steering wheel fixed because it's not working. Right now I'm rating them four stars. In certain to upgrade it once a couple kinks get worked out. It was really nice that Carlos walked me through using my stereo, as technology can be scary as we get older.
