He's helped us with everything from dirt bike gear (head to toe) to oil and parts. Back in 2025, we purchased a set of universal training wheels from Carter's for my son's Kawasaki. When we got home to Pahrump, we realized they didn't fit the bike. I called and spoke with Josh, and when I made the trip back, he made the exchange quick and easy, helping us get the correct set. Ever since then, he's been our go to. He always takes the time to acknowledge us, answer our questions, and make sure we're taken cared of. Customer service like that is hard to find!! If you're looking for someone who's knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely wants to help, ask for Josh. We appreciate you, JOSH! See you again soon

He said if I got the price from a different shop I was talking to he would price match. I got the price he called me said shouldn't be an issue and said he would confirm with general manager. He than called me back and raised the price $200 dollars. That was the first thing I didn't like. Than on the phone he started insulting me out of nowhere cause I didn't want to pay the additional price when we already verbally agreed on the price. Never had a salesman insult me multiple times when I was trying to make a purchase. This shop does not have integrity at all. Than shortly after I started getting a whole bunch of calls from insurance companies saying I asked for a quote on a car I never owned. Might be coincidence but I doubt it. Would never buy from them.

So a 1000 bucks to do a carb job. i don't know this place is a hit or miss. and when you call them to explain what's happening and your disappointment do they try and fix it? no their response is the bike broke between me picking it up and getting it home. Customer service is definitely lacking at this place as i wasn't even asking them to fix it but to at least make it right somehow. Update: so I'm waiting for the part to fix the charging problem and I would start the bike at least once a week and now I started today and fuel just pouring out from underneath the carburetors from the job that they did.

From start to finish, every moment of purchasing my Certified Pre-Owned Ferrari California felt less like buying a car and more like being welcomed into a family. Buying a Ferrari out of state could have been stressful--but the entire team at Towbin made it effortless. Every detail was handled with precision, care, and true passion for the brand. When I arrived in Las Vegas to finalize the purchase, the car was absolutely flawless--100% perfect, exactly as promised, and then some. While everyone at Towbin was outstanding, I have to give special recognition to Myles Saffian, the Experience Manager. Myles redefined what customer service means--he wasn't just helpful, he was awe-inspiring. His communication, attention to detail, and genuine enthusiasm transformed the process into something unforgettable. At Towbin, they often describe purchasing a Ferrari as "joining the Ferrari family." I can confidently say--that's not just a line. It's the truth. From the very first call to driving away in my California, I was treated with warmth, respect, and excitement that made me feel like part of something bigger. This was more than a purchase. It was an experience. An absolutely perfect one. If you've ever dreamed of owning a Ferrari, do yourself a favor--make Towbin Ferrari your first and only stop.
