    Unbelievably horrible. I switched from Spectrum to save a few bucks. Then had to pay $185 for…read moreinstall. then $55 per month for internet 10 Mbps promised. It worked great for about a month. Speed test always was above 4 Mbps which was fine and good enough. Now, it dips to POINT 3 (not even a third of 1 Mbps) for half the time, then... zips up to 7 for an hour or two.... then goes back to crawl. I have twice gone to chat, here in Emerald Isle NC, Yesterday and today. The first thing you get is a message that they will be with me soon saying 'Minimum wait time 30 minutes'. About 5 minutes later I get 'Minimum wait time 28 minutes'. Yesterday... I waited them out. I got a hello, I am Clark.... then my whole internet blipped and I lost my connection. grr. Well, I was still sorta ok with them, day after christmas etc. Today... the same thing "wait 30 min, 28 min 28 min 20 min, 25 min..." Finally I get a message saying "all techs busy, please try later".. but my text box was open so I re-re-re-re-described the problem.. Clark says: "So you are having trouble with a slow connection, I am happy to help with that" I waited two minutes. I said hi, I said what was wrong. I put in account... send... address.... send... name... send. I waited. then I got message that I have not responded so goodbye.... poof. I believe this will continue. I totally understand how they can get swamped.... sometimes. But they do not care AT ALL. I have never sued before. But this is total breach of contract. I am so angry with them I could spit nails. GO WITH SPECTRUM.... they probably don't really care either but..... the one time I did have an issue (and it was my fault) they were there within minutes. Yeah, they were $69 per month compared to $55, but their equipment must be better cuz the speed and consistent service was much better, One to ten scale, Century Link does not even rate a one.

    This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever had I've had 3 different appointments which…read morethe've never show I have not had Internet service that I pay for since the 21st October and century link does not care and they want to put me on another schedule wait appointment which is ridiculous then I talk to the manager which did care about the care or treatment I gave received. Century Link... DON'T EVER GO WITH THEM!!!! Maybe now a Manager will listen to me.

    I ordered a new iPhone XR off of the website. It took 2 weeks to get to me and I didn't get any…read moretracking number of any sort. All while waiting for the phone, my deployed husband has been trying to call me because he was in an emergency situation, not knowing my phone broke. My old phone through straight talk broke so I had no way of calling and asking about it. Once I got the phone, I pulled it out of the box and it wouldn't turn on. I charged it for 2 hours and it still wouldn't turn on. I walked into this store AND THEY DIDN'T DO ANYTHING BUT HUMILIATE ME because I didn't have a phone number with it BECAUSE I COULDN'T ACTIVATE IT WHEN I GOT IT DUE TO THE FACT IT WOULDN'T TURN ON. The man who assisted me made me feel like I was stupid. He then told me there was nothing he could help me with without a phone number. He made me feel like I stole the phone even though I had the receipts and order number. I contacted them through the website and they activated my phone for me but couldn't do anything about it being broken and told me to go back with the phone number and they should be able to give me a new phone that works with no problems. I went back and within 5 minutes got turned down and humiliated by the same guy. So I guess I am gonna have to pay off a phone that won't even turn on fresh out of the box. Worst customer service I have ever seen.
