AT&T/Direct TV don't have very good customer service, nor do they care about the condition their contractors leave your home in. Here how they get you, they hire sub- par contractors to do the install. So, when mess up or damage your home. They'll say they're not responsible or it's pass the statue of limitations. Here what's happened to me, I've had them since 2008 and the service was always a problem since day one. One day we called to get better reception and the installer moved the dish, but left the stand in the same place. Which eventually made my roof weak and caused $800.00 worth of damage. Don't use these people you will be sorry, I wish someone would have warned me.

After 4.5 hours of incompetence by the technician, I was left with a knitted pile of wires strewn across my floor. Has my service worked at all? Nope.

This is not a good service. I paid $300 dollars to get this service connected in April via bank…read moretransfer. JT wanted the money straight away so he met us to get cash from us and assured me that once the electronic transfer was completed he would refund the additional money. A few weeks later he said he was having difficulty with getting their accounts team to refund the additional $300 I paid him. I said he could apply it to our account for 6 months so I did not have to worry about paying them each month for the next 6 months. In the meantime the service which is run through a Roku box kept going down. We only had continuous service for a few weeks out of the 3 months that we had been connected. Almost 3 weeks ago the service went down completely. JT does not answer the phone and cannot still give us a specific date as to when the service will be restored, only to say that they have developers working on the app and they were hacked. I asked him to refund the advance money that I paid him or at least a prorated portion so I could go and get a different service. He said he has to ask him management. That was last week. I have sent him several text messages and called several times and have not received any response. This service is most likely a SCAM. DO NOT USE.

THEY DO NOT DESERVE ONE STAR! The customer service is terrible!…read more Red flag #1 - Frontier sent a text message to confirm my installation appointment. I responded with the "confirm" prompt; however, frontier responded with a "cancellation" prompt. ‍ Red flag #2 - I called to notify them that I attempted to confirm my appointment via text but I received a cancellation notification. The representative told me not to worry because I still have an appointment for March 1st from 8am-12pm. As we waited, no one showed up so we called frontier at 12:05pm. They promised us that a technician would come to install between 1pm-5pm. NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP AGAIN. Red flag #3 - I received a text message the day AFTER my installation was scheduled to take place. A technician is now schedule to come March 2nd from 1pm-5pm. SAYS WHO? Who said that I will be available? When did the time change? How do I know that you will really show up THIS TIME? Red flag #4 - I called customer service to ask why the time keeps changing and the representative said they promise someone will show up the third time. Red flag #5 - I asked to speak to a manager because at this point I need someone to convince me that the actual service will be more reliable than the people. I was on hold 15 minutes. I couldn't do it, so I hung up! FRONTIER - SIT DOWN SOMEWHERE!
