You have ALL the information. You're purposefully ignoring it. This is the WORST cable company you could ever hire. Expecting good service from a company with 20k fake reviews should be the first sign. Look at their google reviews, then look at the companies bigger than then them. Then do a double take and realize this company is a scam. They sent Hellen Keller to my neighborhood, broke 10 water lines, including a main in a 6 hour work day; and broke my shower heads, faucets, and hot water heater with how much dirt and rock they sent into my line. Now I've been waiting for someone to call me back for over 48 hours now, and they closed my previous ticket because they allegedly called me back when they were off the clock and closed and they said someone told them it was fixed. Terrible company; terrible people.
