He has invested, fixed up, and sold his own properties. With that "in-the-trenches" experience, he deeply understands the psychology of a buyer and knows which features of a property will "move the needle" in the specific area your property is located. Most agents I've found only do the bare minimum and only know what they've read in books or watched on Tv. Dave is the real deal. And most importantly he has integrity. I've had him as my agent for over a decade and have nothing but positive things to say about him and his team. They're always just a call away, so friendly and helpful. Through countless moves and life changes, they're always there (like a good neighbor! Hehe). They even text me on my birthday to wish me a good year, thinking about how much they truly care brings tears to my eyes. They look out for my wellbeing and inform me of things that have supported and helped me grow, even encouraging me to get back to university to which I excelled and graduated with the highest honors. Before this, in my early 20s, Tony encouraged me to start a life insurance policy that's given me immense comfort over the years knowing I have that. With the unpredictability of life, he helped me feel supported and at ease in so many avenues that no matter what happens I was/am covered. I know I can always count on them to be super supportive, communicative, and with incredibly swift response times (literally within minutes). They're the best with pricing and accuracy to what I need, I'll be a life long customer. Him/his amazing team have even gone to the extent to help my parents when they were having difficulty with other companies/agencies by explaining and assisting in all areas with zero obligation or pressure for them to switch to him as their agent. With older parents, this is something that is necessary as I'm not a professional in this field, but I know I can always count on Tony and his team to be there through the good times and the hard times! They brighten our spirits by easing the load of life and allowing us to truly lean on them. THANK YOU TONY AND TEAM, WE ADORE YOU!
