After we spoke, he gave me an appraisal over the phone, which was more than fair. It was actually more than I considered getting for the car. Last week my 30 year old daughter's small SUV was totaled (no injuries thankfully). She is single & lives in southern CA.  A nurse at UCLA hospital,  she needed a vehicle immediately. She went to 3 dealers in her Santa Monica neighborhood. looking to buy another SUV. All 3 tried to take advantage of her dire situation with high pressure sales tactics, bait & switch, etc. Being so fortunate to know MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ of LEXUS of ARLINGTON, we knew we could count on him -again! Our family & friends buy their vehicles from MARCIN AJDUKIEWICZ.  His dealership is the best dealership & the ONLY dealership for us. As usual, MARCIN returned our call immediately. We told him our daughter was looking for a  blue Kia Sportage with light interior, moon/sun roof out & of course all the safety features & she needed it shipped to CA ASAP! They cracked my windshield and then insisted that I get it covered under my comprehensive insurance or through the extended warranty. There was no crack on the windshield when I brought the car for service. The service consultant, Alex Ramos, did observe or document any cracks on a windshield when the car was brought in. Additionally, the mechanics working on the car did not observe nor document a crack on the windshield. So upon completion of the service, when I took the car back, I was shocked to notice an approximately 6-8 inches crack on the passenger side windshield. I took the car back immediately to the dealership. Initially, the service consultant agreed that he had observed no cracks when the car had come in and nor had he informed me or documented a crack on my windshield when the car had come in for service. However, after consulting his manager he started insisting that there could have been a chip that had become a crack when the car was put up and down for Service. Additionally, his manager insisted there could have been a crack when the car was brought in and that it hadn't been visible because the crack/chip was located at the bottom of the windshield where the area was black. And later to make matters worse when I asked to see the pictures as taken when my car was brought in, to confirm the story whether a chip could have been there when the car was brought in. The service consultant, Alex Ramos, refused to provide me with the pictures until he took the pictures of the cracked windshield and downloaded them to his computer. Moreover, he then proceeded to delete a bunch of pictures from his computer and when I questioned him about what pictures he was deleting he said it' was his computer and that I should let him do his computer. He then proceeded to show me the pictures that were taken after the service had been performed, and the crack was visible on the windshield as the pictures that were taken when the car was brought in! NON OF THE PICTURES WERE DATED OR TIME STAMPED. When I questioned them about it, they had no answer. Instead they kept insisting that I get my insurance or the extended warranty to cover the replacement. I had purchased the car and the extended warranty at Lexus of Naperville, another fraudulent dealership!! Therefore, I called Lexus of Naperville regarding the extended warranty the "platinum warranty" that I had supposedly purchased that was supposed to cover the windshield or so I was told at the time of purchase, however, I was informed that the extended warranty did not cover the windshield! At this point, I have opened a complaint with Lexus of North America. I am very upset!!

They are in no way affiliated with the manufacture or where you got the lease from. What they do is try to pressure you into buying your lease and deter you from having the option to shop around or ask questions. THEY ACT LIKE A DEALERSHIP! I'm most certainly convinced that they get a big commission on whatever they sell you. Troy did sound nice on the phone, but it's all a big game. When asking questions like "are you KIA? or a 3rd party indentity?", HE DIDNT EVEN ANSWER MY QUESTION! he just led into what he can do that a dealership wont do for you. What a joke! BUYER BEWARE!

Initial…read moreemployee had zero idea of WHY I was calling {think: (marketing warehouse dump perhaps?} I finally got a guy named Tory Tarsitano (847-805-4008), quickly gave him the specific information he asked for {which I knew he would ask for} to get a Buy-Out {BO} quote. Tory said he would call back in one hour with that quote. Received a voicemail from Tory prior to the one quote hour so I called back immediately. Tory answers the phone, he's driving to "a client's" and doesn't have any information for me at all. Then he starts questioning whether my Financing Company has included the taxes in my payoff amount I was quoted. I replied "Yes". Tory continues to question me about this and did not like being called out, by me, with respect to my 5 identical previous answers. He decided to tell me to contact my Financing company and hang up. WHY was this question not asked originally when ALL information HE requested was provided, by me, at the initial call. WHY was Tory on his way to "a client's house" when all business by this company is supposedly done via mail (as Tory made a point of telling me stated in our initial call}? WHY did Tory initially state he would have my quote in one hour when a} he was derelict in asking all pertinent information needed to give me a BO quote and b} he was going to be on a scheduled visit to a "client's house" SCAM COMPANY in every regard. Do you own work, doesn't take much at all. By the way: BBB Accreditation means absolutely nothing. Companies "registered" with the BBB actually PAY to be.
