I went to get my hair done yesterday with Sarah, she was lovely! I wanted blonde highlights and…read moreviolet purple low lights. I absolutely LOVE the color. Unfortunately I had worked a very long shift before my appt so I was extremely tired, and opted out of a blow dry because I was just ready to go home and pass out. Anyway, she told me that since we weren't blow drying we wouldn't see the true color, so if I got home and decided once it had dried that I wanted any changes done, to just give her a call. So this was my fault for opting out of a blow dry, but seeing that I'm superrrr pale and added a dark violet, I'm feeling like I need just a littttlleee more blonde just to soften/lighten it up a bit. I called and explained that it looks great and she did exactly what I wanted, I just need like maybe 4 or 5 more highlights in to brighten it, and that I would prefer to do it with Sarah again because she did such a great job. They were totally cool/understanding about it, and I scheduled an appt this week with Sarah so we can touch it up. Another good thing is that normally when you go to the salon for one thing, they try to add on all of this extra crap and make you think you need it. That being said, I told her I wanted a tiny trim just to help my hair grow faster because I'm trying to grow it back out after I made an impulsive decision and had 9 inches cut off over the summer. After working with my hair a bit she explained she'd be more than happy to do the trim, but my hair wasn't showing any signs of split ends/breakage & appeared to be growing healthily. So we decided not to trim it, which in return saved me some money! Highly recommend this salon, especially Sarah! Will add a picture of the finished product once we're done!

They did not disappoint. I was super nervous initially because over the years I have had so many terrible hair experiences. When I arrived at the salon there was only one customer there which is usually a red flag but this was during Covid so I assumed that had something to do with it. All of the reviews had been good so I went with it. The outside of the strip mall that the salon is in is a little ragidy looking but inside of the salon was very nice. Its pretty large, very up to date and super clean. Yay! The owner and her daughter (I think its her daughter) worked on my hair. I got wash, color, highlights, cut and style. It was about $200 with tip. A regular haircut is only $25. My haircut was perfect. I had about 6 inches cut off and they added layers and some face framing. Even as my hair began growing back, those layers and the shape still looked great. I will always have them cut and style it from now on. But, I'm too cheap to pay for coloring unless it's a special occasion. They were pretty friendly but not overly talkative. They offered me water and met me at the door. I'm hoping the next time I visit Covid is done so I can get the busy salon chatter too. I highly recommend for anyone with textured hair.

Booking online could be better- as the current website is a little confined in its mobile state. But that doesn't effect your in-person experience. I was pleased with the feature that let me choose my preferred stylist- as I can now book my appointments with the same hair professional. On the note of professionals, with a little bit of research online I could tell that the stylists here meant business. In my experience, they will give you tips and advice for managing your new look- as well as an estimate for when your next appointment should be. It is important you know what style you want before you go however, as you may need a consultation if you don't. That is a separate product/appointment that they offer. A big thanks to my stylist Cam, for helping me understand the steps to get my hair to look the way I wanted it to! I will absolutely keep coming back because of this standard of care.
