She took her time and made sure my nails were perfect. She paid attention to even the smallest details. All the staff were really nice as well. Definitely come back. Update: I really liked this place when I came and Vy was really nice and attentive but within 24 hours one nail came completely off after 1 or two of leaving and another one began to come loose. I was not upset and called to get it fixed which I appreciate that they agreed and fit me in for a late appointment. At my appointment I had another tech fix my nails. She said as not terrible but was also not the friendliest and didn't really seemed like she wanted to fix my nails. I understand she wasn't expecting to fix nails she didn't mess up in the first place so I understood her mood. In the dim salon my nails didn't look bad at all and seen d to match the rest to my surprise when I stepped out into the light outside i had a whole different shape on my two replaced nails. They were chunky and I had glue everywhere. I paid a lot for my original nails and the as not even rude about them coming off 24 after so it really sucked for someone to do a half ass job.

I am very low maintenances and only get my nails done for special occasions and they are very good at replicating designs you want. The smell is nice inside, workers are always nice. My major takeaway why i wanted to come back was that usually nail salons nip at my cuticle and it gets red/stings. So i'm always afraid at getting my nails done, but they are gentle with the drill and i've never came across an issue. Will come back!

I got a pedicure and gel builder fill however I hate having to reach over so they can do each hand and they were kind enough to just keep switching sides so I could be comfortable while getting my pedicure. Brian was the one who worked on my hands and he did an amazing job at giving me an almond shape to where it looks natural. I am definitely going to save this place so next time I'm in town, I can go back.

Thankfully, they accepted same day appointments and I was immediately taken care of by Tammy. The salon is small and quaint; it also wasn't too busy for a Friday afternoon. My nail service was excellent in every possible way! Tammy removed my old gel polish so quickly without having to soak them off - at all! She works with efficiency and precision, but that doesn't compromise the quality of the nails or the artistry in the slightest. From observing her meticulous application and attention to detail, I can tell she is very seasoned at her work. I can't stop looking at my nails and can't wait to be back, potentially to try their haircut or waxing services!

I was there to just get a gel manicure even though I needed a pedicure as well. (I forgot to bring my sandals). The nail tech (I think her name was Kristi), said they could provide sandals for me if I wanted a pedicure as well. Awesome. Both ladies were so nice and asked me how I was enjoying their work. My nails and feet came out wonderful. I even had them do some Christmas designs on my nails which were very nice. A few days in, I accidentally messed up the polish on my thumbs. I chipped the polish. So I came back in to ask the lady who did my nails before if she could fix them. She did, and they were good as new. She is so skilled and always has so many options available for both colors and designs. She is also very sweet and fun to chat with! I really like that I can schedule directly with Alyssa for my appointments instead of just booking a time and getting whoever is available. Lori's doesn't have that assembly line feel that a lot of nail salons have because they're not trying to cram in a bunch of appointments and walk-ins at once, and there's also no up selling pressure because most of their services are included in the price. All this contributes to a very relaxed and easy-going experience. It's different than any salon I've been too before and I will be getting my nails done here as long as they're around! A++!

I wanted to remove my old gel-x set and do a gel mani on my natural nails. I was quoted $40 for both services; what an amazing price! The spa itself was really clean, spacious, and relaxing. Cathy removed my old set and Trina did my gel mani. They are both so kind!! They were friendly and warm with me and extended that same hospitality to all the guests I saw them help. Trina is really wonderful and a great conversationalist. She makes you comfortable and I really appreciate how the service included a cuticle trim and a hand massage. They claimed I received a cat eye design when I specifically said no multiple times. I only got a fill with chrome on top -- no cat eye design at all. I also got a pedicure where the tools clearly were not properly disinfected. After having to get the pedicure redone elsewhere, I found out I developed fungus underneath my nail. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable sanitation practices. I will be reporting this to the California State Board.
