They have a wide selection and they update their social media frequently with new items. If they don't have something, they can either get it or tell you where you can find it. The one time we had a problem with an item, they immediately made it right with a smile and without any hesitation. We try to visit at least twice a month. It's about a 30 minute ride each way for us, but absolutely worth the trip. On the rare trip that we don't buy anything, we still have a fun time. If you're a retro gamer, this will become quickly one of your favorite stores.

DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO RESURFACE YOUR DISCS FOR FREE, here is my story of what happened to me. I took…read morein 2 discs to get resurfaced on 3/12/18 at 3:55 pm by Jay who I'm assuming is one of the owners. Along with buying 2 items I had the discs of resident evil 4 and scarface for ps2 get resurfaced. The scarface game was working and I wanted it to be resurfaced so the scratches on it wouldnt get any worse, the resident evil 4 disc stopped working at a certain point in the game. After getting the discs resurfaced i waited 2 days before trying them as to keep them from melting as i know that they need time to cool after the resurfacing. The resident evil 4 discs still hasn't gotten better but that isn't my issue, the scarface disc right after he finished resurfacing it, now had multiple burn/melt marks which he told me would fix themselves within a few days. It is now 3/23 and they are still present. The scarface disc does not get past the first loading screen as it did before i brought it in. Today I brought this disc into his store and told him it was completely broken and he responded with "Well I didn't charge you for it so what do you want me to do" the entire time he said this he looked at me and smiled which gave me the impression that he has done this before and uses the fact that he gave it to you for free as protection from being held accountable for destroying my disc. This is speculation on my part. Since he is not bound by any in store policy for destroying my disc this is just a story of a private citizen trusting another private citizen to do what they asked the other to do, and instead destroying the first citizens property, and hiding behind the fact that they did it for free in order to not be held accountable for their actions. I used to shop at this place a lot as they have a great selection of games but I will never ever be giving this place my money again. Keep in mind that supporting this business while you are aware of the shady things they have done is inadvertently supporting said shady things. After seeing how this establishment treats a long time customer like me so poorly shows me that they care very little about customer satisfaction, and my only hope is that this business either changes around their smug, uncaring attitude, or dies like the many other game stores that have tried to open there.
