Most were in the same ballpark, one was absolutely ridiculously high. We cannot say enough about how great the project went as it was not easy to access the trees. The men arrived and worked non stop to complete the work. It was amazing to watch at this included using a crane that lifted tree branches and trunk up and over the house. When I called him this past spring he said he was coming, then he claimed he was sick, then he was looking for help. Not what a businessman does to maintain customers. After speaking to many of the people I recommended him to they claimed they were having the same problem. After waiting until my lawn was a forest I called again. I was told he was giving up the business. That's fine but don't string your customers along in the height of the season. I was able to get Mannys Magic Hands which I reccomend highly.

One week later the wood is still very wet and does not burn well at all. Also, several pieces we have tried to burn smell like manure. Talk about adding insult to injury. Spent a LOT of money on a pool project with patios, steps,…read morefirepit, and landscape lighting almost 2 years ago, only to have major drainage issues, sinking pavers, chips, etc. It's so disheartening, embarrassing and frustrating to hear from other contractors or masons I've had onsite (since Kris was last here), that I have a set of steps from my house that won't pass inspection, that nothing is pitched properly, that the worksmanship is so piss poor that its the first thing they notice walking into my backyard. Its true, there are barely any clean cuts or straight lines on any of the pavers around the pool. The steps up to the pool is a huge hot mess of an issue. They dumped river rock all over the place without putting any material under to prevent weeds, they ran drainage systems without coverings, etc. I spent close to a 100k, and will spend tens of thousands more having it all excavated and fixed in the future. Excavated because they told me that Kris is notorious for not using concrete footers. All of his workers sit around and look at their phones all day, except for the Latin American guys who bust their ass. I dont want them back to fix anything, we tried that, and it made things worse. Not recommended at all.
