Big space with new Dino-themed playscape! There is a tot area for babies and three individual bathrooms that are gender neutral with changing tables. The staff is friendly and there is plenty of parking. They put a 2 hour play time limit on the weekends, but it is slow on the week days, so the time limit isn't enforced. They don't allow food to be brought inside, but sell food at their cafe. The food is a bit pricey, so eat before you come if you have a big group of kids. Don't forget your grippy socks! But if you do, they sell them for $3 a pair. It's a fun place to burn off a little energy when the weather isn't ideal for the outdoors.

At the top of the main play area.

This place really has it all, for kids and parents alike. This is our favorite play place to come…read moreto, as it has a good playscape, a full bar, games and food to boot. Plus, on Fridays they have live shows in the evening. It does get a bit chaotic and let's face it, it's difficult to watch your kid get picked on but it's the law of the playground. There's only one person on duty however at the front and behind the bar so play at your own risk. Also prices are high for food and drink. A beer is $8 and a cocktail is $12- $15... but the entry fee for kids is only $15 so... tradeoffs. Food is okay; soft pretzel tasted a little off but the breadsticks were good and it seemed like everyone was ordering pizza. Will have to try that next time. Games are also expensive; you have to load a card and most games cost about 40 pts per play, lasting from seconds to about a minute. Not a ton of games but enough. Also offer a family restroom for changing and children which is good. It's in a strip mall with a grocery store and a golf sim too and on a main road. Easy to access. Overall it's my go to play place for the kids and plenty of seating and overlook spots for parents.

The manger stated it was kinda busy and to come back around 8pm when they closed. We came back at 8pm and she stayed around to help us out til about 9pm. Kudos to faith ( I believe that was her name) We the show up the next morning at 8:15am as we were told we could to finish setting up cause they opened for the private party at 9am. We show up along with vendors and the manager told us we could not come in til 9am. She was very rude and not pleasant to have communication with. She did end up letting us in around 830 but the air was so thick with tension it was so uncomfortable for all of us setting up. It is not like it was a bunch of kids that were there. It was the birthday girl who was minding her own cause we knew they weren't open. She then asked if he could go play and we informed we don't want her to get yelled at so she would have to wait. The party was a success but it started out on the wrong foot and did not leave a good taste in the mouth. If you need a place to have a private party I WOULD NOT recommend this place.

You sign up and then sign a waiver. One child and one adult for a single pass is $15.00 an additional adult is $5.00. They stamped my daughter's hand and gave us wrists bands. I'd prefer they give her a wrist band and write one of our numbers on the band. 2 hours max of play time. But they did not seem to really police this. Lots of different areas to plays even if different ages of kids. The slides were a hit but one of the slides doesn't slope as you land so watch your tailbone. Fun dress up area and grocery store with pretend food to play with. Two things were broke. A carousel and then a ball launcher. Snacks and food are available. A birthday party was going on and the room was pretty small. Place seemed pretty clean. Staff weren't overly friendly. They stood behind the counter mostly. No staff were in the play area to monitor. One little boy got lost/couldn't find his parent, a patron helped him find his dad. Would come again for sure!

Play-X-Scape was the perfect celebration location for my favorite three-year-old this year. The birthday party was a big hit with the adults and children. The ages in attendance were 10-months-old to 84-years-old. Hands down the best feature of this venue is that when you book your party you have the entire run of the place for you and your guests. This was the best! They have lockers in the lobby for everyone to remove their shoes to keep the floor clean that children may be crawling or playing on. Grip socks are required to be worn and are also available for purchase. There are various play areas and activities for the children. There is a large playscape in the center of the room complete with a slide. Play areas include a kitchen, store, diner, animal hospital, puppetry, coloring, legos, blocks, yard size connect four, climbing walls, swings and basketball hoop. Some children did not want to leave!!! Play-X-Scape also has a birthday party room for eating pizza, snacks and cupcakes. Our party was setup for 10 children. It was completely decorated with an animal theme of Young, Wild and Three as part of the booking. The pizza was provided by YaYa's Pizza next door. Ironically we had more adults than children at the party. There are four tables with chairs for adults to sit plus a bench inside of the door. I wish we had brought some games for the adults to play during the 3-hr party. This venue also has open play hours for a place to take your children to explore for $12. Different levels of party packages are also available.

I am keeping the write up so that customers understand the pricing for the game cards. -------------- We purchased a game card. I asked the woman working about the options. She told us that for $10, you get a game card for 40 coins, or for $25 you get an unlimited game card. My kids quickly went through the "unlimited" game card. When I questioned this, she said well, it's not actually unlimited, it was 140 coins and typically kids do not use the full card, so it usually is unlimited. This is not okay. You cannot sell something under the guise of being unlimited just because it isn't usually fully used. By definition, that is not unlimited. I would not have paid $25 for 5 minutes of play. The pricing is not listed anywhere in the store or online, so you are forced to believe the employees word. I had no reason to question what she was telling me. At the time of purchase, I asked and then repeated that the $25 card was unlimited, and was told it was. And it most definitely was not. I am incredibly disappointed.
