I even scored a custom-made Crimson Tide hoodie and sweatpants set for my daughter that was just too cute to pass up. At one point, I sat down on one of their leather couches to contemplate a dining table... and nearly dozed off--it was that comfortable. The amount of pottery that you can choose from to paint was a little overwhelming but I landed on a…read moreskateboard. There's also a plethora of paint to choose from. Be aware that some paints are not dishwasher safe. You'll know by confirming with an employee or if there's a specific letter in the paint numbers of your paint tube. You can grab an apron to avoid paint on yourself. If you do get paint on yourself it's able to be washed out but I didn't want to try it. There's one hand wash station where you will also drop off your used paint tiles and paint brushes. Once you get the run down on what to do from an employee you're on your own. There's a display that shows how your paint will look on your pottery depending on if you do 1-3 coats of paint. Time will fly quickly so I painted as much as I could and went over areas a lot. You can have finished pottery shipped to you but it could be more cost-effective to have one person pick up all the pottery if you have multiple and ship it yourself. When you pick up your pottery you'll get to carry it out in the store's new reusable bag. It was very cute. There's not much parking outside but that's the area for you. It's a fun activity to do with a group. Sometimes there might be no conversation going depending on how focused people are on painting but it's also a good time to unwind and turn your brain off.

I looked online and they suggested reserving a table to make sure you had space BUT the reservation date window was closed online - they want you to do it 3 days in advance (I was 2 days), so I called... They reserved us a table easy peasy. Parking is a little difficult because it's not close to the main Downtown Alpharetta Parking lot - so if you have little kids that aren't easy to contain or don't want to walk far you have to hunt. I parked right off the street (but I got lucky). Give yourself some time to find parking. We walked in and the girl behind the counter was very friendly and super helpful. She explained to my kids what to do in a way that was engaging and they listened. All the ceramics to paint were on the walls grouped by category for the most part. Both of mine painted boxes - $26/$28. My friends painted a light switch and flower - $12/$15 You pick your piece then head to the paint wall and pick up the colors - they suggest no more than 3 colors but it's up to you what and how much. They did say the more "coats of paint" the better it'll look when it's fired. We painted and talked and enjoyed ourselves. Four items came to about $95 which is perfectly fine for an afternoon activity that you then get to keep later. We went on a Wednesday, our pieces will be ready on a Wednesday (so about a week). We had fun. We have a keepsake. And it wasn't blazing hot while we were hanging out with family friends Win win

However some items are a bit WOW on the price side so be careful, you could fall in love with a $10,000 chair! The staff was not high pressure and they offer free in home consultation and design. Very nice place to get ideas, find those pieces you have been looking for and spend a mint!

While it's unlikely that this is where I'd get my outdoor furniture, it isn't because of the lack of selection. If you've made it this far or read any of my other reviews, you've likely gathered that I'm pretty basic, so while the inventory here was beautiful, I'm the problem...it's me....I'm not bougie enough to pay $1k for an Adirondack chair or $5k for a fire pit. Again, if I had the funding, I'm going here - hands down some of the most beautiful furniture I have seen...just not for those of us that don't have a budget north of $10K for the backyard. BUYERS BEWARE! Terrible customer service after their own employee damaged our car…read more We bought patio furniture here yesterday and were told to bring around our own vehicle for loading, delivery was never mentioned as an option. When the employee loaded the furniture, he shoved it in with zero care, gave no warning it wouldn't fit, and never offered padding or delivery. This tore our car's roof trim and left a visible hole (see photo). We called the moment we noticed and were told to come in the next day to "figure something out." Instead, we got the opposite of customer service. The owner was condescending, dismissive, and outright rude from the first minute. He told us the damage was OUR fault, flatly refused to discuss any way to make it right, and made snide, patronizing remarks questioning whether we even understood how insurance works, as if we were too dim to grasp our own claim. When we pointed out that no employee had ever mentioned delivery, he smugly said it "should have been obvious," as though we were supposed to read minds instead of being told. This wasn't an owner trying to find a fair solution and coming up short, this was someone who wasn't interested in a solution at all, and who used condescension as a strategy to make us feel too stupid or intimidated to push back. Zero acknowledgment. Zero apology. Zero attempt to de-escalate or even hear us out respectfully. Damage happens, I understand accidents. What's unacceptable is how a company treats you after their own staff causes that damage. If this is how the person running the business handles a legitimate problem, I'd think twice about trusting them with anything else. I would strongly advise shopping elsewhere.

Not only is the new store stunning (I walked through many times), the product selection is overwhelming in the best way, and the staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Zoey and Kristen were both stand outs, and I wish I could remember the other gals name to give her a shout out as well. It was clear she had been there a long time as she was putting out new stock and was aware of previous products and items they had had in the past. Overall a great experience, and I'm glad that I made the detour. I will absolutely be back!

I have never bought from this company before, and liked their clothes on IG so went ahead and made the purchase, knowing my size felt good about ordering my correct size. Upon receiving the items, every single one of the clothing did not fit, either too small or too large, and they were all a size M , which is what size I am. I tried to return them, but was told that they will not authorize my return because it was final sale items and did not want to work with me, but told me to sell them on ebay, etc. Who does that? I will never order from this company again, all their advertising seems false to me. Beware ordering from this company.
