I'm honestly confused by all of the positive reviews because our experience was completely…read moredifferent. We booked a 45-minute foot massage, and unfortunately it was extremely disappointing. There was barely any pressure at all, to the point where I could hardly even feel the massage. On top of that, about 75% of the time was spent massaging my legs rather than my feet, which was frustrating considering we specifically came for a foot massage. The biggest issue was that the massage definitely did not last the full 45 minutes that we paid for. Between the lack of pressure, very little time actually spent on the feet, and being shorted on the time, I left feeling like it was a complete waste of money. Unfortunately, I would not return or recommend this place based on our experience.

Service, amenities and ambiance at this spa is not what it used to be…read more The spa is in the basement of the hotel. There's a very small seating area to wait for your service, next to a busy hallway. Additionally, I had a service booked and my guest got sick. They still continued to try to charge me a "fee" even though I had the courtesy to cancel ahead of time. They suggested I bring my sick guest and for the guest to wear a mask during the service. Be aware that they will try to charge you no matter the circumstance, should you need to cancel. I would not recommend spending your money here, you're better off going elsewhere, with more understanding service.

The person I spoke to on the phone was fluent in English, which made communication easy. We were taken in immediately, and they started by cleaning our feet. I usually get ticklish during foot massages, but my therapist applied the perfect amount of pressure, allowing me to relax and even close my eyes for a bit. If you prefer a different pressure, you can always ask them to adjust it. I definitely plan to return and might even try a body massage next time!

My masseuse left for 5 minutes after taking my feet out of the water so she could eat... either don't start my massage or leave my feet in the water. My feet weren't even covered, it was freezing! Then it wasn't even a good massage honestly. My wife's masseuse was told to take care of a new walkin for a back massage and the manager came to massage her feet... this is about 5 minutes into her massage. She was left without anyone massaging her for 2 minutes and the manager got up several times to deal with people walking in and to answer the phone. If you don't have the space for us then don't take us in and give us a sub-par experience. I'm quite peeved that I wasted my time and money on this place.

I can't remember the last time I got a 10% raise--probably never. They recently relocated to the far end of the shopping center, and I guess someone has to cover the cost--looks like it's the clients. I'm not saying I'll never come back, but I'll most likely be getting most of my massages in Flushing from now on. They charge about half the price. And apparently, prices are going up another $10 soon. OK then. Uh now, instead of giving me a small bottle of water, they offer half a tiny paper cup--the kind you usually see in a bathroom. It's also concerning not knowing where the water is coming from or how clean those little cups actually are. Didn't like that! Hmm

I went in expecting a more thorough facial, but was disappointed that extractions weren't included in the service. They used a hydropressure machine, which sounded promising, but in reality it mostly felt like water being pushed into my skin and then suctioned back out. It didn't feel as effective as I had hoped. After the facial, my skin actually felt a bit greasy rather than refreshed or deeply cleansed, which was a letdown. For the price and experience, I'm not sure I would return. It may work for others, but personally, I expected better results.

We had made an appointment and the lady at the front called to remind us while we were on our way. The place was very clean, well kept, and smelled great. I think the prices are very reasonable. I love that they asked us our preference of the masseuses gender as well as if we wanted to be together or not. The rooms are separated by curtains, which makes it easy to transition from single to couples massage, without having to wait for a couples room to be available. With that, you can easily hear the customers in the other rooms but they have headphones that you can use with very relaxing music to tune out the extra noise. My masseuse did a very good job. She was sure to check on me occasionally throughout the massage. While her pressure was sometimes a bit too much in the shoulder blade areas, I'm always reluctant to ask them to scale back because then I feel like they go TOO soft lol. That assist the rest of my massage was good and I left feeling very relaxed.

For customers who haven't been here before: please consider tipping generously. These people put time and actual physical effort into giving you a great massage.
