I had a 18 inch crack across my windshield from a piece of gravel strongly hitting it. Ben had the best price so I contacted him, and he drove to my place to perform the repair. He weirdly quoted me a higher price ($125) than initially stated when he arrived, but in Yelp messages he had quoted $65 +$1/inch; this was negligible in my case ultimately, however. He did his initial inspection and then helpfully explained what he would be doing to fix it - he would fill it in to make sure the crack doesn't extend, and although it would still be slightly visible from the inside, it shouldn't be from the outside. After about 40 minutes, he let me know that although the crack shouldn't extend, unfortunately he was unable to fully fill it. Supposedly the resin wasn't able to be inserted and take due to some sort of chemicals existing in the windshield. That was definitely a bummer and he said he wouldn't take payment since he was unhappy with his own work. I did insist at the time that I would pay him however since he did make the trip over and attempt. The crack ended up sadly extending already at just about a week after his visit. He had mentioned that he could help me get a deal on actual replacement with a person he worked with named Jaime. He was able to provide a discounted quote, but I ended up finding someone else on my own. He offered a refund by his own initiative as well which I appreciated, as retrospectively I was regretting payment. TL;DR: Although Ben was unable to fix the crack in my windshield, he made his best effort, was very responsive during communications, and his sense of responsibility and service were top-notch. read more

I ended up scraping against the side of the carport while I was backing into it, and quite frankly the damage looked pretty bad There were multiple dents and scratches on my side passenger door and I wasn't sure what to do. It was my first time trying paint-less dent removal and I'm glad I did. Benjamin did a fantastic job and went above and beyond not only in his work, but in the explanation process of removing the dent. He was honest from the beginning about the dent being a challenge due to it's location and intensity, however it turned it really nice. Cant see any of the dent however there are scratches from the accident that will essentially need body and paint work. I'd recommend him to anyone looking to smooth out dings and dents at a competitive price.
