My fiance and I booked our Belize & Guatemala trip through them and it could not have been better! Alvin really listened to our needs on our budget and what we wanted, which was basically to do and see as much as possible in 8 days and he managed it all for us making it the trip of a lifetime. We had the friendliest and most knowledgeable tour guides, drivers, hotel locations, hospitality, and food. In just 8 days, we went cavetubing, ziplining (once in Belize and once in Tikal), horseback riding to Xunantunich (Mayan ruin in Belize), Tikal overnight stay and tour of the ruins, snorkeling, the Belize Zoo, and even had plenty of rest and relaxation by the beach because everything was timed right and so smooth. He responded quickly to every e-mail and phone call we had throughout the planning process and even during our trip, he was sure to check in and make sure everything was going well. We will definitely "Belize it" again with Tropic Horizon!

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I came across this company when I…read morebought the amazon local deal for a napa wine tour. I called at 10 am on Monday to place a reservation for Saturday. I spoke with the owner who directed me to the website to fill out an online reservation, and I would hear back from him at the end of the day. EOD comes around and I hear nothing. No worries I'll just call back tomorrow. I call the following morning and spoke with the owner to see if he can give me a confirmation for my reservation and he assures me that everything is taken care of and he will send me an email by the end of the day. Nothing again. This dance kept going on EVERYDAY until the day before my supposedly scheduled napa wine tour, then he tells me that he has no stretch limos available but could give me a sedan or SUV. I was pretty annoyed at this point since I was told everyday that everything was taken care of, but I reluctantly accepted these terms. He said if he could find a limo he would call me and let me know but it looks like it would be either a sedan or SUV. The day of the napa tour I meet up with my group and the limo has not arrived. I call the owner to see what is going on and he says he does not have a ride booked for me. Instead--taking ZERO accountability--he blamed me for not confirming the ride with him and said I should have discussed it with him. Are you serious? Because the daily calls wanting to know the details of my reservation and get email confirmation weren't enough? So it's ok to leave paying customers stuck without a ride on the day of their reservation? Great job limo connection! You have officially delivered the worst customer service in history.

Only thing I wish he would have done differently is help us with the sound system, we could not get it to work. Outside of that, perfect experience. Thanks Bill!

My wife and I use limo services all the time when we travel. We ride in limousines at least 10 times a year...but this experience was different! I wish there were a Yelp 10-star rating (not just 5) for extraordinary experiences; Sam would get all 10 of them. His classy attention to details was phenomenal. With the music, drinks and on-board snacks selection; from the moment I boarded the limo, Sam made sure that my experience was memorable. He is also a well rounded jolly good fellow. His big smile and positive attitude really rubbed off on me. My wife was really impressed by the quality of service. She landed in SFO tired and exhausted; she got home refreshed and energized. During the trip to the airport, Sam shared some amusing anecdotes and recommendations about his numerous trips to Napa and Sonoma. I never thought of using a limo driver to go wine tasting before. But the next time we go to Healdsburg with friends, I will hire him to drive us around Sonoma's wine country...that way I will be able to enjoy my wine tasting even more. I have used more expensive "branded" limo services before where the driver was just an employee of the company. Sam is the owner, so his prices are less expensive and the quality of his service is remarkably superior. The next time I need to impress someone again, whether they are my clients, my family or my friends....I plan on using Bayshore Limousine service again and again. Being the control freak that I am, when I have to rely on someone else to get a group of 20 of my…read morepersonal guests somewhere, it's a little nerve-wracking! Sonny made everything so easy for me, which really calmed my nerves. I spent hours online searching for limo/shuttle companies, and sending out emails to any legitimate looking company I could find, and Sonny responded quickly to my inquiry and we even talked on the phone for a little while so I could explain everything I was looking for. I was planning a Sonoma food & wine tasting event for my birthday, for 20 people. I was having everyone pay for their food & wine tasting so I wanted to treat everyone to some comfortable transportation up to the wine country. Sonny sent me different pricing options, and photos of the different shuttles. Everything was so reasonably priced and looked gorgeous in the photos! I would mention to other companies what my budget was and they all sort of laughed in my face...Sonny, on the other hand, spent time talking me through the different prices and what I could expect (and it didn't break the bank)!! I even decided to swing by their offices to see the vehicles, just to really make sure this was what I wanted, and the shuttles were clean, well-maintained, and very sleek. I WAS SOLD! (Not to mention the fact that everyone in the office was incredibly nice and welcoming when I stopped by.) On the day of the event, I had all my friends meet me at the Civic Center in San Francisco for a good central location. I didn't see the shuttle and it was getting close to the time we were supposed to leave, so I was really nervous all of my plans were going to crumble in front of me. However, I realized soon after that the shuttle had been parked around the corner the entire time waiting for us. We all quickly hopped on the shuttle and my friends could not stop "oooo"-ing and "ahhhh"-ing. The interiors were beautiful and classy...we were truly riding in style! We plugged in our music and got the show on the road! (I had rented the Luxury Shuttle Bus for this event - which could actually hold 26 people if I wanted.) Our driver was Sufian and he was awesome! Always had a smile on his face. (He didn't even bat an eye when we requested to make a quick stop at a convenient store to pick up some more beverages!) We got to our destination on time, and he was there to pick us up as soon as we were finished! I had planned a tight schedule, but all went smoothly. We were warned that if the limo/shuttle got incredibly messy and needed to go in for an extra cleaning, we would need to pay the additional cleaning/sanitation fee, and that's definitely what we ended up having to do. HOWEVER, even with the sanitation fee, everything was still so reasonably priced compared to other companies. If I ever need to rent a shuttle/limo service again, I'm calling Sonny up immediately! This was one of the best events I have organized and my friends still talk about it. I couldn't have done it without this professional shuttle service. Thank you, Sonny & team! You truly made this past birthday unforgettable!!

That said, I got a voucher for this place from a design job I finished recently (not from yelp btw so this review isn't for that). To be honest, I had no clue what to do with it initially. I checked online and they had a had a huge list of services so I thought, why not? Although I was tempted by the party bus option, I ended up using it to drop my family off at the airport for our trip to Seattle instead. Booking was as easy as it gets, and when it came time they arrived about 15 minutes early so that's 5 stars for attendance. The drive was a little long but expected on the 101 freeway. We didn't mind though since Russell, our driver, turned out to be a pretty cool guy. Lucky for us, he had some experience in Seattle so he gave us a couple recommendations for what to do there. He listened to a lot of our concerns too when we needed a pit stop and in the end he got us to the airport with plenty of time to spare. Overall, it was a pretty good experience for us PS. For anyone in the future who tries them out, I totally recommend you to review their party bus or wine tours for me so I know what I missed out on. Maybe I'll even bump my review up a star once I try those out haha.
