How you get that much flavor in nachos is impressive. For the shrimp, we were expecting, in usual Puertorican style, a couple of lettuce leaves as a side. It was a heaping arugula salad with six spicy shrimp on top! Such a nice treat on this island where true greens are hard to come by. The tuna was served with a mango salsa and was also excellent. Now let's turn to the wine list. On this island, its Tempranillo, Malbec or Rioja (gets boring fast!) or crappy California swill. Azul has a very nice selection of wines by the bottle which include a lovely Spanish wine from Priorat. Wines from Priorat are some of my favorite - inky, dark and smoky. We enjoyed the heck out of the Gine Gine and at only $25, it was an amazing bargain. The atmosphere was tropical romantic and service was perfect.
