Pretty nice boba shop with tons of different drink flavors and toppings. I had the Guava Green Tea boba with lychee jelly. Moreover though, I love the ambiance of this place! There is a ton of available seating and the interior design here is absolutely perfect. The staff are also very polite and efficient also here at getting out your drinks. read more

i love that this boba spot is super spacious. friendly customer service and our drinks came out quick. their monster boba latte was very creamy with the fresh milk and the brown sugar milk tea had a bit of a roasted nutty flavor that was unique. i also like that they don't t have an unnecessarily large menu. i'm satisfied with my boba run and will definitely visit again! also, the sonny angel collection is sooooo cute read more

TLDR; fast and super friendly and welcoming workers, clean space, good music, and delicious drinks! Came on the Grand Opening Day during the late afternoon (due to work), and surprisingly, this place still had a line out the door! Wish I could have had a gift with my drink since I knew that they were giving plushies and glass jars with a purchase, but that's okay. My strawberry juice and my boyfriends Signature Milk Tea was so good that it makes up for not making it on time to get the gifts! So refreshing and perfect sweetness level; especially since you can make adjustments to the sweetness level and ice level to your preference. I am actually much more happy that there is now a Ding Tea so close to me. Before I had to go to the Ding Tea in Van Nuys. This place is a lot more spacious and the interior design is so cute. It gives off a chill and relaxing vibe. A great space for studying or hanging out with friends over some boba. So, CSUN kids or students, this place is a great place to study since there's tables and places to sit and do schoolwork and study!! Overall, I will definitely be coming back and would recommend this place to anyone! A bonus point for such a clean restroom. Hi. I have been looking for a good boba spot for a while. I use to go to bounce boba on reseda and plummer but i stopped going because i liked my boba warm sometimes their boba tasted a little bit low quality. I always come to this shopping plaza and finally decided one day. I am going to try this. I walked in and I was wowed by their setup and environment. It is really clean and welcoming. Next, their menu. There are so many options from teas to milk teas to fruit drinks and many more drinks. They have an amazing amount of toppings. They also have a scale 0-100% for their ice and sugar levels. So you can choose from 0-100% on how much ice or sugar you would like in your drink. solid boba shop in The Valley! was excited when they first opened up bc I'm from the SGV and it was exciting to have one of those boba shop chains open up round here :) This location has Wi-Fi, comfortable bench seating with outlets, as well as tables/chairs for casual chats. Super friendly for studying & nearby csun students, esp bc they're open til 10pm! They do play music inside but it's not overly loud -- but I'd you need a quieter place to work, I'd look elsewhere! I love getting their tea lattes because they use fresh milk :) I also love their grapefruit yakult! their grass jelly is on the sweeter side imo (a lot of other places add less sugar to their grass jelly recipe/sell grass jelly that's less sweet). The only mid drink I've had here was a jasmine green tea with cheese cream -- they add maybe half the amount most places do. The result wasn't as creamy as I would've liked, but the other drinks I've had here were fine! read more

When I heard that there was a Ding Tea in Northridge, I knew I had to stop by! First impressions of this location is that is very spacious and has a clean look to it. I ordered what I always get which is a wintermelon milk tea with crystal boba, and it hit the right spots. Service was quick and friendly as well. was super happy that a ding tea location opened up in the valley bc I usually love their drinks! I've been here twice already and the service is always great - super friendly and patient staff even if the interactions are short. my first drink which was a hot hokkaido oolong milk tea was delicious! had no complaints my second and most recent drink however was super bland and and watered down): I ordered the jasmine green milk tea with egg pudding and was super disappointed when I drank it, but I had already gotten home so I couldn't ask for it to be sweeter. I didn't change any of the sugar or ice levels but it tasted like there was no sugar at all and had barely any tea flavor. idk if they just used the little leftover tea from the day and didn't want to brew more since it was about 40 mins before closing and the store was empty but this j tasted so bad. next time I'll be sure to try the drink before leaving the store. read more

Looks like this Ding Tea has the same owners as the one in Van Nuys. franchise has such a clean and trendy aesthetic to it. Big Fan! huge location. really great for the CSUN community. plugs under the seats. Great stop for studying or working. parking lot is under construction so be mindful of that when visiting for now. Quick service ordered about 10 drinks and got all the drinks under 10minutes. Tea quality here good - they focus mainly tea drinks and literally only have 3 smoothies. I am a fan of their crystal boba and coffee jelly so give that a try if you're not in a boba mood. I know I will be back soon. Great addition to the Northridge area. read more

Yay to a grand opening and new location in Northridge! Super excited one has open up locally. Beautiful ambiance, great place for college students to study! Very spacious and quiet. However I do see parking might be an issue, but not too bad consider it has adjacent parking lots. The drinks are amazing, as I expected! Great variety of options to choose from. I come for the Hot Tea, ginger Logan flavored! My personally favorite, which is hard to find at other places. Service is super sweet and welcoming! read more

If you are in the Northridge area, I really recommend this place if you like a cute bubbly boba spot that's also next to a donut shop. I came today on their grand opening day and bought 4 drinks. They had a "buy one get one 50% off" AND I received a free glass cup since I was one of their first 200 customers hehe. They have different varieties of drinks/toppings and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. My fav drink is Wintermelon milk tea with boba and egg pudding. Their egg pudding is soft and not hard like the other boba places I've been to and their boba is chewy and delicious! As for their interior, it's really chic/aesthetic if you want to take pictures, study or just chill with friends. They also have outlets if you're bringing your laptop. Overall I will be coming back to try different flavored drinks! read more

I didn't make it in time for the free boba plushie (first 200 customers only). However, everything else were good as expected. Long line but was extremely fast and organized. This is my favorite boba spot near me. I personally like it better than Bon Bon Teahouse. It's newer and very clean. The decor is very cute and simple. The service is not bad. I ordered the strawberry Yakult, because they recommended it, and the passion fruit yakult, because I thought it would nice and refreshing! Unfortunately, the drinks tasted very artificial, and had bad aftertastes. I will not be coming back. This new location in Northridge is 100% worth it to come by and try. They're menu is full of refreshing and delicious drinks. They're are stars next to some of the drinks that may be popular and recommended! On top of that, they have a vast selection of toppings you can add to any drink you desire. The employees here are also very nice and welcoming as I walked in and placed my order. The interior of this store is also amazing to look at! Boba is chewy which is my personal favorite as far as boba texture goes. I really like that they ask you for sweetness & ice level that some tea/boba cafes don't ask. Whether it's tea or milk tea the flavors really shine but are not too overpowering that you can still taste the tea flavor which I really like. The service is fast and everyone that works there are really nice & welcoming. This place is so cute! It's very spacious with seating areas with charging ports! I see a ton of college students here to just chat with each other and studying. The staff were really nice and I like the vibes of the place! I've been to one down in OC and when I found out they opened one literally steps from me I knew it would be my place to go! The drinks are a little sweet so if you like it to be 75% sweet then I recommend doing 50%. read more

The shop was super clean and had a modern touch to it. The moment I stepped in the shop the employees greeted me right away. It was very welcoming. I ordered my usual from other ding teas which is the Passionfruit yakult. It tastes the same as the other location if anything... better! Ding tea never disappoints, they're always consistent. The boba didn't have too much brown sugar flavor but was nice and chewy. The crystal boba was pretty standard. Overall, not bad but would probably choose somewhere else next time.

The shop is nice and spacious with lots of seating and chairs but I got my food to go because I had so many things to do today. I chose the basil pesto panini, tater tots, and I also got the Tropical Waterfall without any Boba additions. For the tropical waterfall it's so delicious!!!! I could have added the Boba or even gotten custard squares with it but personally I loved it just the way it was. When the weather gets even hotter this might be my go to drink because it's so delicious and refreshing. My basil pesto panini was perfect, from the beautiful browned lines on the bread to the perfect taste on the inside. I got a side of the basil pesto sauce which made a good dipper! For the tater tots you have an option of spice level which I didn't fully understand until I got mine. I love spice so I got mine spicy. I learned it's the seasoning. I personally did not like the seasoning and it wasnt spicy until I finished chewing and swallowing and the seasoning felt powdery to me. Despite this I brushed off as much of the seasoning as possible and the tater tots themselves were perfectly hot and crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I'll definitely be back for more!

I started to wonder if there was only one person making all the drinks? There's one kiosk where you can order and every now and then someone will come out from the curtains to bring out orders. Just a weird set up and very slow service. The place is busy with CSUN students which is cool but almost 30 mins for 1 drink is way too long! Especially when I ordered ahead of time. People who were ordering from the Kiosk inside were getting their orders before me? haha I'm sure it's a good place and I just had a bad experience today!

These days, I'm scared about coming to food places only because I have A LOT of dietary restrictions. And because of that, I need to ask employees the ingredients that go into various foods and drinks. This typically makes feel really bad, and the employees need to do extra work than needed because of what I'm dealing with. BUT Sophia, and Adrian did not mind that at all. They were able to answer all of my questions, and helped me out so much!!!! :D I was able to find something that I can have, and I was super happy as a result of that. So once again, SHOUT OUT TO ADRIAN AND SOPHIA FOR THE AMAZING SERVICE THEY GAVE TO ME, AND ANY OTHER CUSTOMER THEY SERVE!!!!! 10/10. Since updating the menu, they no longer have my go-to german shepherd ):…read more Have since tried the matcha, green tea, and passion fruit tea, and they just aren't as good nor do they have a strong tea flavor but instead overly sweet or artificial even at 30% sweetness. boba is also on the chewier/harder than I'd like, and I would get the crystal boba but that's an extra $1.25. There are def better spots for drinks in the valley nowadays.

The boba is always chewy and cooked perfectly. Service is quick, and there's plenty of space inside to sit, catch up with friends, or do homework. Parking is easy since there's a lot in the front and back, but it can get a little tricky if it's packed, especially at night.
