I enjoyed being able to get a quote and schedule the visit with Mr Dent all via text messages. That worked well. Mr Dent arrived at the agreed upon time and quickly set to work on my car. The dent was a small one -- fingertip-sized -- and Mr Dent was able to completely eliminate it! I'd sent him an initial photo of the damage via text for a quote (the same image attached here) and he quoted 80% improvement was likely. Well, I call the repair 100%. It's great! Of course, there's still damage to the PPF, but that's the point: it saves the paint. I'll probably replace the PPF after a few more snags and dings on the protective layer. While Mr Dent was here, he noticed another minor door ding style dent on the front, driver-side fender. It was subtle, but clearly there once you knew to look for it. He ended up fixing that one as well for no extra cost. Impressive! Overall, working with Mr Dent went smoothly, resulted in a very nice repair to my car, and didn't break the bank. I hope I never get any more dents in my car. But, if I do, I'll have Mr Dent come over straight away!

They were extremely patient with all of my questions over text and arranging for a convenient time for me to drop off the car for repairs. As you can see from the photos (before and after images), there was significant damage. The damage was enough to have caused a fairly sharp edge that cracked the paint and the location around the door handle made it more difficult to repair. Upon picking up the car, it was amazing how the door was essentially returned to its original condition, especially within the 10 hrs they quoted. Somebody was doing PDR on my street, and I asked for a quote, and it was cheaper, but he had a blowtorch and suction cups, which based on my quick youtube research of PDR was not the way to go. I went with Jason from Dent & Ding Fix, and boy am I glad I did. He took the door off, used a heat gun, lights, lots of little hammer bits, and did a very nice job over 2-3 hours to get this dent out on a seam on my Tesla Y (aluminum door which apparently is harder to pull dents). Super nice guy, texted to let me know his ETA, and did a great job.
