They were extremely patient with all of my questions over text and arranging for a convenient time for me to drop off the car for repairs. As you can see from the photos (before and after images), there was significant damage. The damage was enough to have caused a fairly sharp edge that cracked the paint and the location around the door handle made it more difficult to repair. Upon picking up the car, it was amazing how the door was essentially returned to its original condition, especially within the 10 hrs they quoted. Chaz really worked some magic and it's clear these guys are masters of the art. He really took the time to get it right which I appreciated. In Lodi a drunk woman decided to hit my truck in the parking lot and proceed to drive home like nothing happened. Long story short, a cop was in the right place at the right time and followed her to an apartment where she was arrested for DUI and the judge made her pay restitution. Yes, the justice system does work from time to time... Anyway, Barreto's did a great job and since then I found that Dings and Dents Gone has taken over the shop. Although they are new to the location you can tell they know how to run a business and take care of their customers. My 2021 Cement Grey Tacoma was side swiped by some punks on bicycles and I was worried about rust developing since the scratch broke beyond the clear coat. This required painting two door panels along with color matching and blending the new coat with the original. Not an easy task, but one that a professional shop is expected to perform at a very high level. After a short wait period, my truck was completed at a very fair price and with a professional touch. The team here is great from top to bottom and I hope they have continued success. It's great to see a business deal with transparency and have pride in how they treat customers. They provide great service with quality and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Dings and Dents Gone for anybody looking for a fair priced repair on a car in need of some body work.
