It's difficult to get an actual person on the phone, they prefer you contact them by email but then whoever is answering emails has been extremely rude and unhelpful. While I could have explained better, she failed to see my frustration at the situation not her personally. As I work in customer service, I take customer interactions very seriously, and she absolutely failed in treating me respectfully and politely. The second rep at least directed me to the right area, however, overall, this bank's staff are rude invalidating and acted like I was bothering them coming in with a problem. Chase in general treats me well, has good offers, but if you need in person help and someone to patiently listen to you, go to another branch for that experience.
