Simple transactions like depositing checks (can be done at the outside ATM instead of at the service desk, too), exchanging currency, etc., have always been smooth. I've also sat down with a banker a couple times to change my name on my cards and get replacement cards. I have had to wait maybe 15 minutes max during my visits, as obviously there are peak busy times. I suggest going in the dead middle of a weekday afternoon if you can swing it, if you're in a hurry. (The branch on I think the 71 Frontage Rd/Ben White tends to be a little less busy.) Employees are courteous, even to snippity customers who hate waiting in lines, and although their friendly attitudes are definitely in the vein of fake-customer-service-voice style, I've always been treated with respect. All in all, a good branch!

Yes he did end up paying the penalties after I got mean with him. because at 1st he offered 300.00, then 700.00, and finally realized he was flat out wrong and did pay. But his office is not worth using since they can not handle the work load during tax time, b-cuz as I was told they are just really busy during that time-aren't all CPA's? Isn't that what you pay to use their service for? To do your taxes and get them filed correctly and on time???? He was to do an abatement form to get the penalties removed but all he did was a letter, didn't even do the correct form for us to get reimbursed any penalities...yes like I said he did end up paying for his error....but it's not worth you getting jacked over because someone can not do their job properly & timely... STAY AWAY from this company!!!!
