Not all of the staff are nasty, but the majority are not courteous or helpful. It's also very pricey: expect to spend a good amount for basic items. And whatever you do: do not take anyone with you who is under the age of 16. I'm serious. It doesn't matter if the children are perfectly behaved: there is just a general "child catcher" attitude. You may also want to avoid the Lunch hour if you are not ordering food because you will literally be told to wait to pay until those getting sandwiches or deli items have gone through the line.
