The cake was scheduled to be delivered at 12:00. I had to take time from my family to call and inquire about the delivery at 1:15. When the cake was cut it had obviously been frozen as the butter had seized and crumbled when cut. This beautifully decorated and tasty cake presented as a complete mess. When the bride and groom cut the cake, chunks of frosting fell away. Ruined our pictures completely. We won't look at those pictures and remember that the cake tasted good, but what a let-down you provided for us. I am incredibly frustrated and will never trust you to make a special occasion dessert for me again.

On the day of the pick up they brought out a quarter sheet cake with the design messed up due to the small size. the pictures on the cake were covered. And when asked what happened they just casually said we made a mistake and it is what it is. The owner didnt even have the minimum decencey to call and apologize for the screwup that they did. My son was extremely dissapointed looking at the screwed up image on the cake. Terrible, terrible service and never again will I order nor recommend a custom cake from there. Lemon Lavender truffle: Tasted strongly of lavender oil and I couldn't take more than one bite before throwing it away. Apple Pie Truffle: Tasted okay mostly of cinnamon but it at least had some sweetness. Vanilla Truffle: I have no clue what flavor this was but it was not vanilla. It was really bad I couldn't even swallow the bite I took. It did have two distinct layers with a harder outside and a softer chocolate inside but again it was so bad. Strawberry Cheesecake Truffle: If you get any of these get this one because it was okay. It was very sweet and tasted mostly of artificial strawberry but I could at least swallow it. Peanut Butter Truffle: Really tasted like cardboard or stale air. I really can't say anything more I thought of any flavor peanut butter would be the savior but it was also bad. Overall I won't be coming back here unless they make some big changes to the recipes.

I was pretty surprised to see that both Santa and Ms. Clause was pretty good production imo--rather then your cheap Santa suit look and feel. We arrived as soon as the event started at 12pm and the line was already out the door. To give you an idea, it takes about 40 minutes in total if you're starting by the door. Those who visit, the line can get long so dress warm. The line does extend to the outside--but once you get inside, it's warm. After pictures with the Clauses, you're more than welcome to shop in their shop. They got a large variety of chocolate, and have the "fancier" chocolate on display. They also do serve ice cream on site. Plenty of parking and they also don't seem to mind you parking on the lawn in front of the building if you need to. Cheers and Happy Holidays.
