Frankly I don't care what they think my hair needs, just do what I ask you to do! Holly every time gives me exactly what I ask for and she blows my hair out with so much volume I just love it. I tried explaining that the only reason I was late was because they changed the location on me with barely any notice, but they didn't care. Instead, I was met with attitude and zero professionalism. No apology, no effort to reschedule, just a rude dismissal. I ended up wasting over an hour of my morning driving back and forth for absolutely nothing. This is completely unacceptable. If you're going to change your location last minute, the least you can do is honor your appointments or have the decency to be respectful about it. Terrible customer service. I will never be returning, and I don't recommend anyone else does either -- especially if you're using a Groupon. You'll be treated like a second-class customer.
