Found this place while looking for a new hair salon and decided to take a chance since it had good reviews and I'm glad I did! Elaina and Jose were absolutely lovely and suuuuper funny. While talking with them it made the time fly by, I didn't even realize I had been there for three hours while I waited for the bleach and dye to process. I'm also very happy with the honesty from Elaina, I went in wanting something a little lighter, a little blonder, but she was upfront with me telling me because I had black box dye () in my hair that my hair would most likely not lift light enough for that. And she was able to mix up a color that was able to cover the awful orange color that black box dye loves to lift to, and a color that I absolutely love and I'm actually happy I couldn't get the light blonde or else I wouldn't have gotten this one! Elaina was great, I got a great style and color, and had a great time on top of it. The salon itself is also beautiful and very clean. I came to see the ladies at Dimensions after getting a haircut at Ulta (I know, poor decision making on my part.) The haircut I received at Ulta was a total mess, choppy and COMPLETELY uneven!! After doing my research, thank god I found Dimensions!! Not only did she do an amazing job fixing the horrible haircut I got, but she also did a beautiful job on the balayage I wanted!! I was in the salon for quite a while, and not once did I feel uncomfortable or awkward. Laine and her sister were a pleasure to spend the afternoon with! I made an appointment with Elaina due to the good reviews. Big mistake!!! Run! I just wanted a haircut. I'm a brunette with highlights, so I also asked for a glaze with a toner. My appointment was for 12 pm. I sat with the mixture in my hair for over an hour while she was juggling four other clients. I was finally done by some time after 2pm. Just because I had an appointment. I'm not sure what happened to my hair... I don't have a lot of hair but I got home with a lot less hair and my scalp was throbbing in pain. I'm not sure if it was the solution or her rough blow drying. I re-washed my hair right away in case the solution might still have been on my scalp. Then, while styling my hair. I realized that my hair was half gone or at least a lot thinner than what it was. I am so upset. I was not in a rush to get a haircut. If she was swamped with clients, I wish she would have canceled my appointment instead. I'm not sure how long it is going to take for my hair to grow back now. I should have run, but once you have a mixture in your hair that is it. You can't walk out. Day two I'm still in pain and it is Sunday. read more

Elaina, the owner, did my keratin and gave me a trim. I am deathly afraid of the scissors, so as soon as I saw hair falling I was not okay. She quickly saw that and put me at ease through the rest of the process. My keratin was quick, flawless and now I can do my hair in less than 10 minutes with no frizz!
