I ended up having a horrible experience at another salon months before and they completely dried out and damaged my hair to the point where I couldn't even wear my hair down without looking like I got electrocuted! The amount of product I needed to put in my hair for it to look even halfway decent to leave the house was absurd! After months of trying to wait it out I finally found Capozzi & Co. Salon Inc and my prayers were answered!!!! I saw the owner Ralph who not only had me come in for a free consult right away but was awesome about getting me in as soon as possible to remedy the disaster on my head. He was so caring, understanding and extremely thorough in explaining what had happened to my hair, what we needed to do to my hair and what the best regimen would be for my hair moving forward in order to get and keep it at its healthiest. I can't even begin to tell you what an amazing transformation he did....to say he did AMAZINGLY would be an UNDERSTATEMENT!! I immediately had tears of joy in my eyes with my first look at the results of the magic this man had performed on my hair. I have never been more pleased with a hair salon/hairdresser in my LIFE!! She said she had no experience with short hair. After a quite a while the Owner came over and put some gel in my hair she was finished.
