Recently moved into a house that was beautifully remodelled. Unfortunately I saw that there was a slow drip from the bathroom sink into the cabinet - I completed a work order online and boom next day I had a maintenance person at my door. I'm so impressed with how fast the maintenance team works - and the guy (James?) was super nice and knowledgeable too. Sonny is a SLUM LORD! After we moved in he said I have a sensitive septic system. If you don't like it you can move. After 3 or more years the 2 plastic $5000 grinders broke 4 ft down in the septic tank and he tried to blame me. He was told by Auburn to upgrade or tap into the city. Instead he allowed the sewage to run down the street where all the neighbor kids played. The upstairs bathroom toilet leaked into the kitchen he cut a big hole in my ceiling and never cleaned it or fixed the hole and never had a professional clean it The back siding door had a pane of glass was broken and refused to fix so our heating bill was over $300 a month. Tried raising the rent from $1800 to $2600 without improvements. After flipping the duplex charged the next tenants $2400. He just want to stick me with is remolding bill. He racked some fake charges like deep cleaning. I replaced the carpet he tore out and used different carpet and hardwoods. Gutted the kitchen. Replaced the 30 year old garage doors because the neighbors door fell apart because they were so old. How can you deep clean when I painted all the walls and changed out the carpets? I honestly wish I never moved with this management company. They are rude with poor customer service skills. If you defend yourself or snap back at them they hit you with a lease violation. They seem to enjoy harassing people about parking without clear parking details in the lease but allow the junkies to sleep in their car and shoot up along the sidewalk. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I moved into dimension apartments in auburn 6 months ago and the neighbors have harassed me non stop for nothing and I've told dimension and they don't seem to care. There's no guest parking or handicap! They just recently made some parking spots and said it's first come, first serve until someone rents it out. They make you pay for an additional spot and are Scan-less. They charge $100 for a spot. I cant even have guest over because there's no where to park and they won't let you park in the open spots they have or you will get towed. God forbid your life situation should change and you need help getting out of your lease. Last month's rent is just to line their pocket book - if you break your lease due to life's circumstances, they will charge you THREE MONTHS rent - not two - they call it the "deposit". AND they will hang up on you for being upset that misunderstood - even though you asked for clarification (which was NOT helpful) before breaking the lease - and can't afford the bill. ***COLLECTING APPLICATION FEES*** The original meeting with Maria at this property management was good. The actual visiting of the unit prior to applying was quick and easy. Once I applied, that's where things turned sour. I applied for a unit at the beginning of March with this company on a Friday, the day after my viewing. I explained to Maria via email that I have a child this just turned 18 and has no credit or rental history. She said that was fine but that I would need to put in an application for him for his criminal background check and that they wouldn't hold him having no credit or rental history against him. I was awaiting to get some paperwork on that Friday and the weekend had already come along. By Sunday Maria was texting me saying they needed the paperwork. Since it's the weekend, I waited until the following business day to text her back stating I'm getting the paperwork emailed over to her, that was at 9:23am. By 10:14am they had already sent the completed application w/out my paperwork. When I called Maria what was the reason for my denial, she said we don't think you can afford the unit. I said well I do make over the required amount money (2.5x) of rent and if that an issue maybe landlords should lower the cost of the rentals.(She even agreed that I made 2.5x the rent amount)! Plus they never waited for the additional documentation. They were to eager to deny me and collect my two application fees. I've even asked Maria to send me copies of the disclosure a few times and she has refused. Every-time I asked her for the criteria, she would just say sorry and good luck in your search. But what was unnecessary is the fact that they denied my son based of his credit score of N/A! Now that I look at their website, the rental is still available & it's been reduced by $30. They even have another unit available in the same location that has been remodeled. I'm starting to assume they are collecting application fees to get some money back for the remodeling cost, or they are just greedy. From the looks of the other reviews, seems like they are money hungry and just wanna collect any money they can from anyone, current tenants or potential ones. First time I've ever been denied and I've been living here for over 19 years. Atp, I just want my money back for both fees, but again I keep getting ignored. I was working with Maria Zetina Jimenez. She took money for my application as well as my co-applicant knowing full well they had already accepted multiple applications for the property that I was inquiring about. I was not told that there were any other applicants at any point during my conversations with her. Within 24 hours, I received a response stating that the property had already been rented and my rental application was nonrefundable. I asked a number of follow up questions, but once she knew that I was not interested in any of the properties that they had available , she stopped communicating with me all together. Worst property management co I have ever rented from. Don't be fooled! They are operating under 3 different businesses. Dimensions Property, Echo North and Rajson Property. Check any and all charges. The owner of these businesses was trying to charge over $3,000 when HUD Deemed he was not making my apartment livable. There were 7 different kinds of molds (three of which are harmful to people and animals). I refused to pay it because I DID NOT BREAK THE LEASE, HE DID BY REFUSING TO MAKE THE APARTMENT LIVABLE. I'm looking at my credit report and he sent it to collections trying to get payment from me. On my credit report he sold the account to a collection agency AND he sent it to collection under the name Rajon's property. My lawyers are disputing the entire bill. Pathetic. There's really only one main issue that makes me give them 3 stars but unfortunately it is an extremely frustrating one... Pros: Love the apartment and the location of the property I'm at as it's waaaaay out in the boonies. Definitely don't hate the price as it's substantially cheaper than most places. They are super quick with responses and for the most part generally leave you be. Cons: Their rental payment options are a bit of a nightmare if you work a 9-5 style job and their online portal doesn't work with your particular bank. Your only option is to download a bar pad list and attempt to go to a 7-11, Walgreens or CVS with your rent in cash...yes well over $1,000 at a time to the sketchiest of places with all kinds of riffraff loitering around the building doing dope...hoping you don't get jumped because well that's your rent money...then upon getting to the cashier being the cause of holding up the line for a ridiculous amount of time because they.never.understand.how.to.do.the.transaction.because.who.tf.pays.their.rent.at.a.sketchy.convenience/drug.store?!?! Don't forget though this cannot be done in one transaction nooooooo it must be done in a minimum of 2-3 transactions as there is a $500 cap per transaction so rest assured you will be paying 2-3 processing fees as well. Be sure not to forget to calculate this into your monthly rent total. As an extra bonus you will acquire late fees as atm's will also cap out at $500 a day and since you work bankers hours that is your only option for obtaining your rent money so it will take you 3-4 days to acquire it. If you decide to rent from Dimension Properties just be sure to either not care to incredibly much about your time on this earth and the worth of your life or maybe purchase yourself some high grade bear mace and consider taking some self defense classes. If anything definitely be sure to tack on at least another $200 to the monthly rent price listed just in case your bank happens to not be one they work with for their online portal. read more

If you are thinking of renting at the Grand Apartments at 2331 Rockefeller Ave in Everett, please be advised that Dimension is lying and claiming that the building has fast WIFI service. That is untrue. I am one of the new tenants who arrived and found that in spite of it being advertised that there is in fact no WIFI in the building or apartments. Be prepared to spend at least $60 a month for WIFI. You have to contact Xfinity and have them come out and drill a hole and install cable. Dimension should not be deceiving people. read more

They got mad at my old post I put up I received a message from them stating to remove it or they would take legal action against my Yelp post about dimension properties. At the time I was still living there at the apartments in Lakewood. I had a payment plan with them they broke it because of my post I did on yelp. They went to evict me but I kept calling my email and documents and had a lawyer when I went to court we settled out I old them a lower amount of money no evection on my credit. Watch out for what they tell you Merry will tell you what you want to here. And their maintenance crew watches you and follows you I have photos of them following me and being outside whenever I was there they lied on me said things that were not true to the management. But now I'm speaking out do not go with this place. Oh their apartments are infested with roaches in Lakewood in a say the builder some about it they said there have Terminix come by but they don't as seen in the photo. The maintenance crew doesn't do their job they're too busy watching you seeing what you're doing. I would rate this company and a -100 so if you decide to go with them there is egg on your face after all I have told you. I was with them for two years. The best decision I made was leaving. I almost left all my stuff there because of all the roaches that was in that Apartments. read more

Amazing prices! I actually struggled to find nice rentals with decent prices because king county is now so high. A friend told me about this rental company, and I was amazed on how cheap they are compared to others in the area. Myself and now 2 others of my friends rent from them. So far no issues. You do have to submit your own tickets instead of calling but I actually like that better. They allow dogs and if you are a decent renter they will work with you on rent and stuff. For covid They even sent someone to my house to help me fill out forms for rental assistance and that for sure was a first for me. they went above and beyond during covid which is why I feel like they deserve all the stars! read more

The worst company to rent from. When I moved in the carpets were never shampooed and there was a lot of flaws about the unit. Before I moved out I was told not to worry about deep cleaning or shampooing the carpets because the unit was being remolded and then come to find out I got charged $200 cleaning fee and $200 carpet cleaning fee and then a $250 fee to fill a hole in the backyard with dirt when the hole wasn't big and the whole backyard was dirt. The backyard was a mess when I moved in. The most SHADY property management ever DO NOT ever rent from them. I will never ever recommended this horrible company read more

This is a blatant lie. These people have been nothing but unprofessional, deigning to return ANY phone calls or text messages, stringing me along over the course of four days. On Saturday, January 21st, Suneet called me to confirm that I had been chosen to move into one of the 9010 236th Street Edmonds units. I met with Suneet on Sunday, January 22nd, where he proceeded to show me the property and twice tell me I had a unit, even after I asked him directly to avoid confusion. He said he would send a lease for singing Monday, January 23rd and have me wire the move in costs via 7-11 money transfer. Monday came and went without a word, even after I left a message inquiring as to the status. Over the next couple of days, I left several messages with both Suneet and Dimension, none of which were returned. I was blatantly lied to, ignored, and dragged along over these days, and now am facing homelessness due to their negligence. My experience with their company has been abysmal; they were underhanded, dishonest, and vacant. If this is how they treat perspective renters, how will they treat you after they've got you as a tenant? read more

If only zero stars were an option. Immediately on move in we knew this place was a joke. Hole filled gravel back road to get to the property. Pile's of moldy dog poop in the backyard from previous tenant, piss smelling carpets with tons of tears, lifting off the tack strips. Black mold under the cabinet with severe water damage. Bath tub is caving in due to more water damage. Every dang fuse seems to go out and need to be reset. First time we call letting them know Internet company needed permission to do work for me to support my business due to previous tenact cutting all the wires, and we get called "crazy" because they're too illiterate to understand anyone else's problem. Broken English everywhere (Mary Bodimer was the only respectable one). No effort was ever made to repair anything here, doors don't lock and windows missing screens. We even noted every issue when we first moved in but were told to make a work order to get anything done. (You can easily leave a notice on our door for a day late of rent or utilities, but not fix BLACK MOLD AND WATER DAMAGE). Landlord bragged to us about being able to rent it within 24 hours since we are leaving as quick as we can to our new property. Guess they still don't plan on fixing any of the previous damage and stink! Can't wait to get our baby out of here. Not to mention a constant fight somewhere in the neighborhood here. Mail taken off our porch several times. Our experience here was horrible and any consequence of leaving is still better than ever having to step foot back in this "house". Avoid at all costs. Rucchi and Sunny Diwan are the best in the business! Our offer was accepted despite several others being on the table (including one cash offer)! The reason? They were prompt and followed through on their promises and the seller had confidence in them. In this market you have hundreds of people willing to represent you and any one of them can show you a house, but when push comes to shove and you wonder why you keep missing out on your dream home, consider hiring people who have their fingers on the pulse. These guys know what it takes to make your offer stand out and will work late hours just to beat out the competition! Rucchi did comps on a house for us on several occasions AFTER she had already spent hours with us looking at homes--often late at night. I was amazed at the work ethic. In the current market, the difference between "they accepted your offer" and "they will consider your offer as a backup" is using the right agent.
