One of the guys came up, annoyed after being asked to help out a customer, and he kept complaining that there was not on the shelf, which means there was none in stock so two other guys came up to the counter and started to try to find the product that was missing and multiple of them said it was out of stock and they were not gonna go look for it. One particular gentleman, the Hispanic, big nose, one says on his radio in front of me the customer is getting mad hurry up. Keep in mind I never said anything. I just sat down on the chair that was in front of the register. The only gentleman that seem to be helpful was the one that was in charge of gaming, which was probably the manager or whatever and the other one who told me to go to the front desk for the earbuds.. But to me personally, if you're working at Best Buy and you're working in customer service, you would think this location would have better quality in their emotions and in the way they're outputting their behavior to customers. This is not the only time I've had a bad experience. Another lady started complaining about how DoorDash was a capitalist company, and it was just thriving off its customers in front of multiple customers. I would avoid this location of your needing help, but if you're there to shop and you know what you're gonna get, then definitely buy at this location, but if you're needing assistance to look for an item, they have pretty shit attitude.

I had a very old lap top computer that had started to run like a snail in winter who got caught in a puddle of molassas. I arrived at Marketplace Commputers way too early, thanks to the errors of the internet search which indicated the store opened at 8:00am, but it opens at 9:00am. Anyway at about 8:55am our of nowhere I seen Jose who came in from the back. Well, as part of the opening ceremony, Jose went around turning on numerous computers that really gives you the feel this is a computer store and as well a service store. Well the opening ceremony lasts at least 5 to 8 minutes when at last Jose looks up with the suprise look of "Oh! Guess i have a customer waiting." Just then I realized, Jose could not have entered from the front as the front entry/exit was chained locked. Anyway, we conversed a while and I tried to get down to the issues of the laptop. Jose was ready for me to learn one of the basic problems that the computer I had had a mechanical disk and what would really help would be a solid state disk without the moving parts as my original which was likely the cause of my slow computer issues. Also, Jose showed me other upgrades and computers that would solve my issues at about the same price or slightly highter. I filtered in the options, but kept I coming back to my laptop, since I knew and understood it well and it was already set up for my Canon printer. That's an entire other issue. Last year, I purchased a new Dell computef Unfortunately, my Canon printer cannot be used as its no longer is supported with Windows 11. But, it does work on Windows 10 (my old snail computer). Thus folks, my decision was becoming clearer. So, I took one more look at Jose's prop of the rotating hard drive and the solid state drive and gave the go ahead of the solid state drive. Jose was able to "clone" all my material and when done it looked like my old set up. Nothing new to learn and fuss with and it worked much faster then the old spinning rotating drive which was likely filled with errors that Jose said was the cause of my snail issues. Lessons: 1. Listen carefully and learn your options from a knowledgeable computer expert repair person. 2. If you buy a Canon printer, prepare to be disappointed that upgrades may not be available. 3. Let Jose and/or Alex, the Owner work on your computer and provide you with up front expert advice so you can weigh your options. 4. Let Marketplace Computers take care of your computer needs. 5. Side note: Don't buy a color printer, especially the ones that go all Stop when one cartridge goes out. My Canon is a black and white and folks that's all you need. If you need color, carry the file over to commercial stores with a thumb drive. Let them print the file(s). Thank you Jose for a great experience. Knowledge is power!
