    Gorgeous, right?

Ordered the Autumn Embrace for my mother's return home after a 7 week stint in the ICU. What arrived was something ENTIRELY different--really jarring oranges and greens (including inexpensive carnations) rather than the pinks and mauves pictured (roses, lush hydrangeas and cabbage roses). Also, the day after I reported that I didn't receive what I ordered the arrangement was pulled off their website. The cherry on top: everything was brown and wilted after 3 days. I was given an ultimatum to accept a $35 store credit (on a $130 purchase). When I insisted that this experience was really subpar I was verbally accosted by Eric + some other girl, told I was aggressive, ridiculous and to leave because I've "ruined their day". I understand times are tough, they certainly are for all of us, but that doesn't give anyone the right to be so entitled to think that whatever a small business does by a customer is water under the bridge. I would have been okay with a replacement arrangement or even a refund minus delivery costs. The 25% store credit was a bit demeaning. As other Yelpers have noted too, there has to be accountability for quality, freshness and honestly just providing what a customer orders. If NONE of the flowers in the arrangement are available, the customer should be given the option to choose something that is available. When I mentioned this Eric was just FULL of excuses and couldn't understand why I was unhappy with his "surprise me" option. Anyways, I'm sure these two have a nasty response about how I'm a horrible person for not supporting their tiny business during a pandemic, as if they're the center of the universe. There was zero acknowledgement on their part that my mother was severely ill and what was supposed to be a beautiful arrangement was ordered to welcome her home. Check the photos for yourself and see if this is a place you want to do business with. You've lost yet another customer (I have two friends in the city who said they had the same problem a couple years back). The kind of businesses and employees who think "difficult" customers are replaceable are exactly the kind who find themselves closing some time down the line. Warmest regards.

We used Dilly Lily for our wedding in August and our flowers and decor were amazing! Due to Covid we had to reschedule our wedding and Dilly Lily was very flexible and understanding. They truly know their stuff when it comes to flowers, I got exactly what I asked for and the flowers were amazing. Caitlin was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend Dilly Lily for your next event!!

Recent arrangement which I believe was made by Ilana - A large, colorful floral arrangement in a white ceramic vase is positioned on a wooden table. The bouquet includes pink roses, purple anemones, yellow sunflowers, and other mixed flowers, with green foliage. The setting is indoors, with natural light coming through windows behind the arrangement, illuminating the flowers and casting shadows on the table.

Simply the best florist hands down. We've been ordering for years and have never been disappointed. They use the freshest, most unique blooms in their stunning arrangements, they are generous with the flowers, and their bouquets last longer than other places. If you want to blow someone's mind, ask for the "wow Dilly Lilly" arrangement with custom container and just... WOW!

I have always loved this florist. The staff are friendly and the designs are elegant and creative. My husband and son (not flower people) surprised me with this magnificent arrangement for my birthday-3 Days later it is even more stunning as the flowers continue to open. I highly recommend.

Thank you Dilly Lily, for being one of my favorite parts of my wedding day. Everything they delivered for my wedding ceremony and reception was PERFECT and completely gorgeous! The flowers were exactly what I wanted, beautiful, and lasted a long time after the wedding. I wish I could carry my bouquet everyday. Everyone I worked with was a delight and they captured my edgy/contemporary/formal/black&white theme perfectly. I even got to keep the candles and small vases at the end. I don't have one bad thing to say about Dilly Lily!

Very colorful and ornate arrangements that make good use of colors and space. Flowers are in full bloom. Excellent fillers (NOT the standard dull ferns and baby's breath). Worth the money: they seem to take pride in their arrangements, and it shows. I have only called orders in. I always make vague orders of roses and sometimes specify preferred colors. I uploaded pictures of two deliveries to Yelp. They use nonstandard fillers which make the flowers pop from the rest of the arrangement.

Amazingly Beautiful! That's the only way I can describe the flowers from Dilly Lily. I was the lucky recipient of a beautiful vase-full of flowers, so I am not actually reviewing anything but the delivery service and the actual flowers. I know nothing of the price or customer service... There was a note on the flowers asking to be delivered before 3:30pm-which they were- and the delivery man was very plesant as well! The flowers themselves are in a huge square glass vase which is completely full of beautifully arranged flowers of all varieties. There are no cheap fillers or wilting flowers, every single flower is perfectly placed and absolutely beautiful! I don't think I've ever received a more beautiful arrangement!

Amazing florist, right across the street from the Holtschneider Performance Center. Knowledgeable and extremely helpful staff. Their flowers are absolute perfection.

It's always weird to me when businesses don't let me spend my own money with them. I tried to buy…read moresome flowers but it was only $15. I went to pay and was told it was a $25 minimum. It's just weird at this point in time. Especially with fifty other flower shops to choose from.

If you're looking for beautiful, long-lasting flowers..this is the place for you. If you are…read morelooking for customer service..RUN elsewhere. We stopped in Thursday before Mother's Day on a large last minute decoration request for our job. It was my first time there and I've never bought flowers in bulk so it took us some time asking questions and running numbers. The first interaction that left a bad taste in my mouth was a worker barking at me to stay away from the carnation buckets that another worker had said I could choose from. "There's nothing back there for little girls" was his way of telling me, a 33 yr old WOMAN, not to pick from the carnations. I wanted to immediately leave, but knew we needed these flowers and this may be the only place we can find a large amount last minute. Then, when we finally were ready to check out, the owner (or the man behind the desk) was adamant that our client's card numbers weren't going to work because he needed 16 digits. I explained AMEX only has 15. It seems their systems are dated, so the owner had to call the card reader vendor which held things up and a line began to form. We didn't want to cause stress for anyone so we assured him multiple times he can take other guests before us so they didn't need to wait. He declined and continued to insist that it was our fault we didn't have the correct card numbers, but continued to speak with the vendor (who later confirmed that AX only has 15 numbers...). None of the other customers were complaining at all..but the WORKERS started making unnecessary and rude comments about us and how long it was taking. I was on the phone with my boss trying to figure out another option while the owner was on the phone with the vendor and things were feeling really stressful already, let alone having staff talk about us in front of the entire store. "This has turned into so much of a nightmare." "This is ridiculous." I told one of them that we had offered for others to go ahead of us in line, but he said they couldn't because the car had been loaded already. Finally, I was so stressed that I put it on my personal credit card just to get out of there. Rushed out of there with my receipt only to see they had unloaded my car- so now I had to wait for them to reload...after they were rushing us! Never in my life have I been heckled at by the employees of a business where I am spending $1000...I was shocked and felt disrespected..like they thought we didn't have the money to cover our bill, and that just because we took longer than an average transaction, we were inconveniencing them. The only reason I decided to still purchase with them is because it was last minute and right before Mother's Day and our options were slim. But to choose to return...absolutely not.
