It was coined as paperwork fees but the old roommate's name was never updated! Beware of these tactics to over charge young college students. The living facility is nice, but they need to reward those who are loyal and pay on time with enough respect to not get the run around. They were eager to overcharge us on multiple occasions but not forth coming with the deposit due back. We always gave advanced notices and, as a result, was surprised with a house inspection a week before our announced arrival date so we'd have to pay them to replace blinds we already had! I do not recommend these apartments simply because of their management practices and the way they treat college students.

I spoke to Isaac and told him what I was looking for. He gave me a total price for a truck, 4 movers, padding and wrapping furniture, with no hidden costs, added expenses or fuel surcharges. They were respectful, courteous and very accomadating. Trusty Trio offered me honesty, integrity, and full transparency at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services.
