Great company!! They called to confirm the day before, and the day of, there was a cancellation, so they called to see if they could come a bit earlier (earlier instead of wasting my whole day waiting? Excellent!!). The guy was obviously a professional. I was wondering how they were going to clean 4 rooms in about an hour, but the guy was seriously working it! I went up to check it out, and the guy was working his BUTT off - and the carpet??? Oh wow, it was cleaner than the day we moved in, and with a fresh scent as well! I had a small patch where the dogs had a couple carpet mistakes, and he was able to deep condition that patch to get it smelling nice again for only an additional $15 as well as adding in a hallway for $15 if I wanted it (he also does stairs and upholstery). The technician (Jason) was very nice and efficient at what he did, and even had little booties for me to put on to go upstairs and inspect his work when he was done. He was able to get out all of the stains in the carpet (even some that had been in when we moved in 3 years ago) and the carpet looked like new when he was done! It is so nice to find a company with integrity (not trying to nickel and dime you for everything) and that actually takes pride in their work. I definitely recommend their service to everyone! I am a property owner looking for deep cleaning of my carpets. I purchased their $50 (50% off, normally $100) deal for two bedroom and 10 steps cleaning service. I made the appointment one in advance. I received a call day before to confirm appointment. During the day of actual appointment, I received another call from workers about their ETA. They got done early from previous job and arrive an hour early. When they arrive, they told me that my purchase did not include the kitchen or dining room. I also mention I needed an additional 10 set of stairs. This was an additional $70. Since I did not have parking in front, they had to use a mobile cleaning unit, instead of a built in cleaning unit in their van. This was an additional $27. So I paid a total of $70+27+50 = $147. Although I was unhappy that during the initial phone call, the girl did not tell me this, I understand that additional work requires more $$$. The pricing was not bad and I had ball park that price ahead of time, and did not feel like they were price gouging me. Just be aware they can only ballpark the fee over the phone since they have not seen the place. So the workers came on awful rainy down pouring day but relentlessly work hard cleaning my place. They took care of two bedrooms, dining room, living room, and approximately 20 set of stairs. Size roughly ~800 square feet. They remove 95% of the stains, including gum stuck in carpet, but one spot couldn't be removed. I asked to go it again once more but the stain was too stubborn. They took about 1-1.5 hours in an unfurnished place to complete work. Before leaving, they walk me through the place and ask if I wanted any work redone. I appreciated that courtesy. They work on stairs since the mobile carpet cleaner look quite heavy, and they had to bring it up to the third floor. Since they were work so hard, I was happy, and tipped the workers at the end. Highly Recommend. Let me start by saying I used to be a Steam Carpet Cleaner for almost 10 years. They know what they are doing and they do it well. Jason was my technician and he was great. I received a call ahead of time to let me know he was on his way. He did great work. So'reall Deep Steam Carpet Cleaners were great. I found a living social deal online that said, "Back by Popular Demand" so I decided to give them a try. Best thing I did in a long time. The coupon offered two rooms, ten steps or a hallway for $40.00. The best deal in town. Stanley steemers wanted $150.00 for the same thing. They were on time and very professional. They even cleaned tough spots on the carpet and didn't charge me extra. I also liked them because they were family own and not a franchise like some of the other carpet cleaning companies out here. I did not have a good experience at all. The main reason I wanted my carpet cleaned was because of my dog's shedding. They showed up 30 minutes late and did not apologize. They took only 15 minutes to "clean" the carpet in my entire apartment (3 rooms and a hallway). They did not vacuum any of the dog hairs.. all they did was wet the carpet. It doesn't seem they used any shampoo or carpet cleaner either. They asked my husband for a broom to sweep up the dog hair on a small piece of the carpet after it was already wet. So happy with my carpets! I hired these guys in hopes of getting rid of any left over ring worm spores from a kitten I was previously fostering. My carpets are pretty new so i didn't think I would be able to actually see a difference, but they look and smell great now! Their system gets hotter than stanley steamers, which is why I originally went with them, but they were also much cheaper! Jason was my service cleaner and was extremely nice and thorough.
