The initial communication was good, she responded and came to my home very quickly.
After that it went downhill, she was in my home for a few hours and even text me to let me know she had completed the job. When I arrived home, I could tell some things had been completed but a lot had not even been touched. When I messaged about things not being complete, she let me know she did not get to the windows. I questioned a few more things and she openly admitted that she did not get to them but oh she had cleaned the small appliances on the counter in the kitchen. She told me she would be back the next day to cover the things that were not touched. She asked to come earlier the next morning and after that I never heard from her again.
She took my payment and promised a service and then did not complete the Job, even admitted thru text she did not get to certain items. Not sure why she would text me and tell me the job was done when clearly it was not.
I paid in advance for a deep cleaning, and was assured that it would be no problem in the time frame she was given. The value of what I received was nowhere near what I paid her for. read more
